To provide suggestion to organization regarding problems in export procedure. IMPORTANCE OF STUDY In todays market exporting plays an important role. The over all economy largely affected by export of various product.the export procedure requires various documentations and other formalities.This study work help to understand nature of export procedure related to grapes and identify various problems related to export. Such study helps to improve export position by understanding various issues related to export procedure. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY: The sources of data collection in this project are as under; 1. PRIMARY DATA: The primary data have been collected through interviews of respondents. A questionnaire appended at the end. 2. SECONDARY DATA: The data relating to the company and addresses of respondents has been obtained from the trader.
Scope of study This study cover export procedure and problems related to grapes growing farmer. The study cover area of sangli district only. For study purpose 50 farmers are selected. Limitation 1. The study cover only sangli district 2. The study cover only issues related with grapes exporting.

Documentation process is time taking process. In export every year the documentation regulations changes. This is not available easily. Due to lack of coordination of the govt and farmers. Technical know how are known to the middleman /org. only. It takes a qualified and experienced manager. This becomes difficult for any org.
