I got up and showered quickly. I pulled on my purple skinny jeans,

white stilettos, and a cute white top. I grabbed a granola bar and
ran out the door, driving to school quickly. I pulled in and went to
class.
Class went by in a daze. EVERY single boy in the school
was staring... I was walking tall and confident in my heels
though. Lunch came around and i saw ali and rose waving
me over. I walked over but mike
intercepted me.
"Hey bella!," mike said.
"Hi mike..."I said
"will you go out with me?" he said excitedly
"Um... No" i said hesitantly
"Uh ok" he walked away like a dejected puppy.
I walked over to rose and alice and sat down
"Eww let me guess newton asked you out?" alice asked as
her face scrunched up
" Yeah..." i said
"Ok that kids a freak! So are you ready for the talent show!"
rose asked practically bouncing out of her seat
" Yea,but it's not like its a big deal we have a talent show
every 2 weeks, and i want to change the songs" i said
"Really, what songs do you want to sing?" they questioned.
"Well i was thinking Should've Said No and You belong with
me, you know for Edward, i wrote it when he just got his
girlfriend and didn't completely ditch me yet..." i trailed off
"Oh and invisible when he was in love with tanya before he
was all god-like, and Im only me when im with you, the
principal said that we're just gonna put on a concert and do
talent show later. So, we need to to pick out like 3 more
songs" i said
"YES!" they screamed simultaneously.
" You can sing the 500 songs about him and we can give
that dumba** a clue (a/n i dont like to cuss... so yeah)
" Alright gotta go guys the bells gonna ring" i said as i got up,
they didn't have to leave yet since they had free period.
"Kay see ya bells" i heard them shout after i walked off.
Math came and went and before i knew it te bell rang. I
walked to the music room for my free period. I went in and
set my stuff down as i sat down at the piano. Slowly i started
playing just letting the music flow, singing with the piano.

this song was when i broke up with a guy because i couldn't do
anything without him and i needed to find myself. After i ended
the song i decided to play a piano piece without singing, so i
played a composition i wrote( bellas lullaby in twilight movie).
Slowly i crescendoed*(got louder gradually), feeling the heart of
the song beat. It got louder and i was playing faster and louder than
before. It ended, and the note rang throughout the room as i was
breathing heavily. I turned around, and standing there, was none
other than Edward Cullen, staring intently at me.
"What are you doing here" I asked
"Umm..."

Edwards pov
I was standing there just listening to her sing her song. I missed
bella. I missed her laughter when we would sit and look at the stars
at night, i missed spending the summers just listening to her strum
her guitar, i miss her laugh, music to my ears. I should have been
there all these years to protect her from the guys all her songs are
about, but i was a dumb jock and stuck with tanya. Actually i used
to be desperately in love with tanya when i was a geek, she never
noticed. My focus came back and i heard the ending of her song, it
was beautiful and full of the emotions she used to tell me about,
that is until i ditched her... Then she started a beautiful melody,
getting louder and louder until the room was filled with this
amazing piece. She finished the song breathless, and turned around
abrubtly.
"What are you doing here?"
"Ummm i heard someone and here and wanted to listen?" I stated
although it sounded like a question
Then the door opened and i turned around, it was tanya.
"Eddie let's get away from the geek and hangout behind the
bleachers, " she said with a suggestive wink
"Yea just go, you know what you can keep your "activities" here
and i'll go!" bella said looking upset
"Bella..." i said
"You know what edward" she said cutting me off.
" I don't know why i expect anything from YOU of all people."
She said and stormed out.
"Come on Eddie." Tanya said
"You know what tanya, we're DONE! Im sick of you and never
liked you good bye!"
I all but ran out the door trying to find bella, and there she was
sitting down with her knees pulled up to her chest crying.
"Bella..." i said before she got up and ran away, as i heard the
familiar rumble of her truck driving from the parking lot...
