Conflict Management Style Assessment

This document contains a 15-item questionnaire about conflict management styles developed by Johnson in 1990. Respondents are asked to rate how often they engage in different conflict strategies using a scale from 1 to 5. The strategies fall under five categories: competing, collaborating, avoiding, accommodating, and compromising. Respondents then calculate their scores on each category to determine their dominant and backup conflict management styles.
