EiffelpexApplications Usage Agreement for consumers

1. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Once you are on file as a partner with us, you grant us,
Eiffelpex Applications, (commonly referred to as EA in this body) permission to redirect
the media you share with us, on a non-confidential basis, to the public, royalty free, with
disclosed or undisclosed credentials of your personal being. We are not a personal
digital storage for media files, so all the files that are shared with us are intended for
public disclosure. If you do not wish for your digital media files to be openly downloaded
from our servers, royalty free, then you may reject this usage agreement by not using
the Eiffelpex Partnership service. Do not use our service if you do not accept, without
any form of modification, written, or in speech, the Eiffelpex Applications Usage
Agreement for consumers.

2. Legal

(a) Financial. There is no joint venture between yourself and Eiffelpex Partnership. To
fully accept this usage agreement, be directed to our Services page where you will
always find the latest rates for the services we offer. A prepaid subscription, renewable
on a monthly basis, is required on your behalf for the services provided. Neither the
services provided nor the method for payment of the services are automated, so please
refer back to the Services page for the latest rates before renewing your monthly
subscription.
(b) Limitation. Neither party grants the other party any intellectual property rights or
other proprietary rights. Do not remove the content shared with us from your personal
possession, but simply share a digital copy of the original content. You should be the
legal owner of the original content and the digital copy of your content that you license
to EA to share with others publicly (see section 2c. Rights). Your content is not hosted
on a private server provided by Eiffelpex but in order to share with Eiffelpex
Applications, you must use third-party software. Review the third parties info here

(c) Rights. There is no automated process for EA grant or offer copyrights, trademarks,
or patents to or for data shared through the EA platform. EA will not honor any
copyrights that you hold permitting you to sell your personal media as EA does not sell
media through its platform. EA does not honor registered service marks as all service
marks are subject to be resubmitted to the public as part of a shared advertisement.



2. Principles

The Eiffelpex Application is provided to specific metropolitan areas for users
completely free and as is for general use to the public. We provide this for free because
the general public is as important to us as they should be to you. It is important that they
receive plenty of the best quality material and you remain efficient. Keep in mind
sections A through C of the second segment of this usage agreement.
(a) Quality. Do not insult the publics choice of great content with sharing tasteless
content with EA to share with them. It is YOUR responsibility to represent your
community with high standards and direct your media to the appropriate audience.
(b) Quantity. Few high quality media projects do not and will never outweigh many
media projects with standard quality. Your metropolitan area is filled with people who
desire media across multiple genres, who seek multiple different views, and request
multiple different sounds; Thus, few high quality projects will not have the range nor
potential to reach the many sectors that you are providing content for. Work diligently to
share as many media projects as possible without sacrificing the balance of quality.
(c) Efficiency. If you seek Spotlight within EA then it is important to remain efficient. EA
can not guarantee that the public will not lose interest in your shared content if you don't
have newly available media to broadcast to them.

3. Restrictions

(a) The Agreement. The Eiffelpex team, on occasions, will make changes the Eiffelpex
Application Usage Agreement for Consumers. It is important for you to bookmark this
page in your browser window for easy reference upon refresh. The Eiffelpex team is not
restricted in what can be altered in these terms unless deemed unlawful in a court of
law. By using the EA after those changes have been made, you are expressing and
acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.
(b) Usage. Do not use EA in any manner other than what is expressed by Eiffelpex as
the description of Eiffelpex Applications as mentioned in Eiffelpex Applications Terms
and Conditions/ Eiffelpex Applications Terms and Conditions for Consumers. All other
methods are strictly prohibited and could result in suspension or termination of your
partnership with EA.
(d) Do Not use EA for illegal or unauthorized purpose; the Eiffelpex Platform in any
manner to compete with EA services, or product without our written permission; transfer
EA Content to unauthorized third parties, including directly or indirectly transferring any
data (including anonymous data) received from EA to, or use such data in connection
with, any ad network, ad exchange, data broker, or other advertising or monetization-
related toolset to another media service that competes with EA or the EA Service, even
if a user consents to such transfer or use.
(c) User Content. The Eiffelpex team does monitor, review, and (at times) upon
approval, may edit content. Eiffelpex reserves the right to remove or disable access to
user content for any or no reason, including but not limited to, user shared content that
is shared in a metropolitan area where the content licensee is not a resident or native.

4. Guidelines

The way your content is displayed to the public is held with high regard by
Eiffelpex. Please refer to this next segment of regulations for a complete guideline for
managing your content.

Please Prevent:
(a.) Derogatory racial slurs pertaining to any group of individuals bounded by heritage or culture.
(b.) excessive* use of verbal expression pertaining to sexual situations.
(c.) addressing a point of view regarding the issue of sexual orientation.
(d.) any gestures or vocal acknowledgement of any gang affiliation, whether promoting one or
demoting another.
(e.) assassination of the character of any one specific person or group of individuals (doesnt
expand to voicing the opinion of an individual's art performance).
Dont Present Yourself as an Antagonist to Eiffelpex Partnership,
this includes:
(a.) Utilizing the EA in a negligent manner, thus diminishing the overall quality of the EA
establishment.
(b.) Organizing an establishment parallel to the EA.
The Eiffelpex Team Requires That You:
(a.) provide above a certain quantity of files in order to be redirected to the pertaining category
(not sub-category), and be viewed by the public. Here are the minimums for each category you
choose to submit to..
Poetry; 3 original submissions, Art; 5 complete pieces (partial is equivalent to ), Rock; 8
Original Songs, Hip-Hop; 8 Original Songs, R&B; 8 Original Songs, Acoustic/Instrumental; 12
forms, Video; 2 full length titles, Photography; 7 pieces.
(b.) grant EA exclusive rights to redirect to the public. Here is the minimum % required in each
category..
Poetry; 75%, Art; 50%, Rock; 60%, Hip-Hop; 60%, R%B; 60%, Acoustic/Instrumental; 20%,
Video; 90%, Photography; 50%.
