Um Einbaufehler und Schden an Tor und Torantrieb zu vermeiden, unbedingt
nach den Montageanweisungen der Einbauanleitung vorgehen!
Einbauanleitung bitte aufbewahren, beinhaltet wichtige Hinweise fr
Prfungs- und Wartungsarbeiten.
Vorbereitung
Entnehm en Sie die Fhrungsschiene und das A ntriebsaggregat aus der Verpackung und halten
Sie beides zur M ontage bereit.
Fhrungsschiene mit dem Antriebsaggregat verbinden
Schieben Sie die A dapterhlse (A ) bis zum A nschlag auf die feinverzahnte G etriebew elle auf.
D urch D rehung des A ntriebsaggregates um 90 verringert sich die Einbautiefe um
150 m m . H ierfr m uss der Referenzpunktschalter (B) in die vorgesehene Position
m itgedreht w erden.
Setzen Sie die Fhrungsschiene lagerichtig auf die A dapterhlse auf.
Richten Sie die Fhrungsschiene seitlich aus.
Senken Sie die Fhrungsschiene m it leichtem D ruck auf das A ntriebsaggregat ab.
Achtung:
Keine Gewalt anwenden. Wenn die Fhrungsschiene parallel zur
Oberflche des Antriebsaggregates ausgerichtet ist, gengt ein
kurzer Zug an dem Fhrungsschlitten, um die Fhrungsschiene
gewaltfrei auf das Antriebsaggregat absenken zu knnen.
Verschrauben Sie die Fhrungsschiene m it zw ei Klem m bgeln (C ) und vier
Sechskantschrauben SW 8 (D ) m it dem A ntriebsaggregat (siehe A bb. 3).

Decken Sie bei Bohrarbeiten den Antrieb mit Folie oder Pappe ab.

Abhngungsklammer auf Fhrungsschiene anbringen
Funktion und Positionierung der A bhngungsklam m er (siehe Punkt 10).
Sturzanschlussblech montieren
U m das in der Fhrungsschiene integrierte Zugelem ent (Kette oder Zahnriem en) vor
unbefuger gew altsam er D em ontage (Einbruch) von auen zu schtzen, schieben Sie die
rote Sicherungshlse (D ) ber die Spannschraube (E) (A bb. 5.1).
Verbinden Sie anschlieend das Sturzanschlussblech (A ) und das Schienenendstck (B) m it
dem G elenkbolzen (C ) (A bb. 5.2).
Garagentorantrieb am Schwingtor
Schrauben Sie das Sturzanschlussblech (A )m it der Fhrungsschiene an Zargenoberteil, Sturz
oder D ecke so an, dass die Torblattoberkante am hchsten Punkt der ffnungsbahn ca.
10 m m unterhalb der w aagerechten Fhrungschienenunterkante liegt (Siehe A bb. 7 und 11).
Legen Sie das A ntriebsaggregat bis zur spter folgenden D eckenbefestigung m ittels
Sttzbock oder anderem geeigneten G egenstand hoch.
Verbinden Sie zw ei Torm itnehm erw inkel (B) m it dem Toranschlusselem ent (C ).
Schrauben Sie dieses 4-fach m ittig an die Torblattoberkante an (Siehe A bb. 7). Bohr 5m m .
Setzen Sie den Torm itnehm er (D ) m it dem Bolzen (F) in den Fhrungsschlitten (E) ein.
Verschrauben Sie Ihn 2-fach.
Verbinden Sie Torm itnehm er und Torm itnehm erw inkel.
Bauen Sie die Torverschlsse ab oder bringen Sie sie auer Funktion!

Fhrungsschlitten entriegeln
D rcken Sie den roten Entriegelungsstift (B) bis zum A nschlag in die rote ffnung des
Fhrungsschlittens ein (A bb. 6.1).
Ziehen Sie an dem Zugseil (A ).
D er Fhrungsschlitten ist nun entriegelt und kann frei in der Fhrungsschiene verschoben
und m it dem Tor verbunden w erden.
W eitere Inform ationen zum Fhrungsschlitten finden Sie unter Punkt 13.

Garagentorantrieb am Sektionaltor
Schrauben Sie das Sturzanschlussblech (A ) m it der Fhrungsschiene so an den Sturz oder die
D ecke, dass die obere Torlam elle am hchsten Punkt der ffnungsbahn ca. 10 m m
unterhalb der w aagerechten Fhrungsschienenunterkante liegt (Siehe A bb. 8.1 und 11).
Verbinden Sie zw ei Torm itnehm erw inkel (B) m it dem Toranschlusselem ent (C ).
Schrauben Sie dieses 4-fach m ittig an die Torblattoberkante an (Siehe A bb. 8.1).
Bohr 5m m .
Falls erforderlich, kann der A ntrieb 200 m m auerm ittig m ontiert w erden.
Bei H olz-Sektionaltoren Spax-Schrauben 5x35 m m verw enden. Bohr 3 m m .

Garagentorantrieb am Sektionaltor (Fortsetzung)
D rehen Sie zw ei selbstfurchende Schrauben (D ) sow eit in das Toranschlusselem ent ein, bis
die Schraubenspitzen vor der Lam elle anliegen.
Setzen Sie den Torm itnehm er (E) m it dem Bolzen (G ) in den Fhrungsschlitten (F) ein.
Verschrauben Sie Ihn 2-fach.
Verbinden Sie Torm itnehm er und Torm itnehm erw inkel.
Bauen Sie die Torverschlsse ab oder bringen Sie sie auer Funktion!
Achtung:
Verwenden Sie fr groe und schwere Sektionaltore zustzlich die
Toranschlusskonsole Spezial 111, Art.-Nr. 47 574 (siehe Abb. 8.2.)
(Nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).

Garagentorantrieb am nicht ausschwingenden Kipptor
H ierfr sind erforderlich:

Lichtschranke Spezial 601, A rt.-N r.: 564266
N icht im Lieferum fang C om fort 220 enthalten.
Setzen Sie vor dem Einbau des Antriebes die Torverschlsse auer Funktion
oder montieren Sie sie ab.
Schrauben Sie das Sturzanschlussblech (A )m it der Fhrungsschiene an Zargenoberteil,
Sturz oder D ecke so an, dass die Torblattoberkante am hchsten Punkt der ffnungsbahn
ca. 10 m m unterhalb der w aagerechten Fhrungschienenunterkante liegt
(Siehe A bb. 9 und 11).
Montage des Kurventorarmes:
Schrauben Sie den Befestigungsw inkel (B) m it 6 Blechschrauben an der Toroberkante an
(Bohr 5 m m ).
M itte Befestigungsw inkel ist M itte Fhrungsschiene.
Stecken Sie den Kurventorarm (C ) in den Befestigungsw inkel (B).
Verschrauben Sie ihn m it zw ei W inkelblechen (D ) auf der Torverstrebung (E).
(Bohr 5 m m ) in der Torverstrebung (4x)
(Bohr 7 m m ) im Kurventorarm (2x)
Verschrauben Sie die W inkelbleche und den Kurventorarm m it zw ei Schrauben M 6 x 10 und
Sechskantm uttern.
Setzen Sie die Schubstange (G ) m it dem Bolzen (J) in den Fhrungsschlitten (F) ein.
Verschrauben Sie ihn 2-fach.
ffnen Sie das Tor ganz.
Verbinden Sie die Schubstange m it dem Kurventorarm (C ).
Beachten Sie die M aangabe.
D urch A bsenken der Fhrungsschiene und durch A useinanderziehen der Schubstange w ird die
Torffnung vergrert. D ie Schubstange darf nur sow eit auseinander gezogen w erden, dass die
innenliegenden D ruckrollen (H ) nicht an die Befestigungsschrauben (I) stoen.

Abhngung Antriebsaggregat
Befestigen Sie 1 Verankerungsblech (A ) ber dem A ntriebsaggregat (siehe A bb. 10 und 11).
Biegen Sie das Blech nach baulichen G egebenheiten.
Abhngung Fhrungsschiene
Schieben Sie 1 Verankerungsblech (A ) durch die A bhngungsklam m er (B) und biegen Sie die
berstnde (siehe A bb. 10).
Positionierung der Fhrungsschienenabhngung (siehe A bb. 11).

Bauliche Gegebenheiten
H ngen Sie das A ntriebsaggregat m it der Fhrungsschiene so ab, dass die Toroberkante am
hchsten Punkt der ffnungsbahn ca. 10 m m unterhalb der w aagerechten
Fhrungsschienenunterkante liegt (siehe Punkte 7, 8 und 9).
N ehm en Sie die D eckenverankerung nach baulichen G egebenheiten vor.
Beachten Sie dabei die M aangabe fr D belbohrung.

Einbau der Glhlampe
Achtung:
Ziehen Sie vor dem Wechseln der Glhlampe unbedingt den
Netzstecker.
D rehen Sie die G lhlam pe E14 (m ax. 40 W att) ein.
C lipsen Sie die Lam penabdeckung ein.
D rehen Sie die Sicherungsschraube ein.
N ach Im pulsgabe leuchtet die G lhlam pe ca. 3 m in.
Glhlampen sind von Gewhrleistungsansprchen ausgeschlossen.

Schnellentriegelung
Achtung:
Im entriegelten Zustand darf das Tor nur
mit miger Geschwindigkeit bewegt werden!
Um bei handbettigtem ffnen des Tores eine Kollision des Fhrungsschlittens
mit dem Klemmbgel der Abhngung und dem Antriebsaggregat zu vermeiden,
muss der Torlaufweg in Aufrichtung bauseitig begrenzt werden.
Tor und Antrieb trennen
Ziehen Sie das Zugseil (A ) bis zum A nschlag nach unten, um das Tor vom A ntrieb zu trennen
(siehe A bb. 13).
Tor und Antrieb wieder verbinden:
Schieben Sie den roten Entriegelungsstift (B) in Pfeilrichtung zurck (siehe A bb. 13).
Starten Sie den Torantrieb.

Kleben Sie den beiliegenden A ufkleber 'Kurz-Program m ieranleitung' auf die Innenseite der
Blende.
D ie auf der U nterseite des Fhrungsschlittens aufgebrachten Sym bole zeigen den
vorhandenen Zustand an:
Das Tor ist vom Antrieb getrennt.
D ie Vorderkante des bew egbaren Schiebeelem entes (C ) steht ber dem Pfeil des
Sym boles 'Schloss auf'.
Das Tor ist mit dem Antrieb verbunden oder wird nach der nchsten Torfahrt
selbstttig verbunden werden.

Beachten Sie bei dem Batteriew echsel die richtige Polung.
Achtung:
Handsender nur bettigen, wenn sichergestellt ist, dass sich weder
Personen noch Gegenstnde im Bewegungsbereich des Tores befinden.
Handsender gehren nicht in Kinderhnde!
Batterien sind von Gewhrleistungsansprchen ausgeschlossen.

B: Befestigungsclip, geeignet zum Anbringen des Handsenders an eine
Sonnenschutzblende im Auto.

Handsender:
Codierung lernen(falls erforderlich)
Schritt 1:
Verbinden Sie H andsender 1 und H andsender 2 m it einem Program m ierkabel.
Schritt 2:
Bettigen Sie die gew nschte Taste vom H andsender 1 und halten Sie die Taste gedrckt.
Schritt 3:
Bettigen Sie die gew nschte Taste des H andsenders 2 w hrend Sie die Taste von
H andsender 1 gedrckt halten.
N ach ca. 2 Sek. ist die Program m ierung beendet.
H andsender 2 hat jetzt die C odierung von H andsender 1 bernom m en.
Entfernen Sie das Program m ierkabel.

Codierung ndern
Es ist m glich, bei Verlust eines H andsenders die C odierung der Fernbedienung zu ndern.
Schlieen Sie dazu das Program m ierkabel an den um zuprogram m ierenden H andsender an.
Schritt 4:
Schlieen Sie eine der beiden ueren Leitungen des Program m ierkabels m it der m ittleren
Leitung kurz.
Bettigen Sie die gew nschte Taste des H andsenders fr m indestens 5 Sek.
D urch integrierte Zufallsprogram m ierung w ird eine neue C odierung erm ittelt.
H ierbei blinkt die LED schnell (falls vorhanden).
Bei M ehrkanalsendern m uss dieser Vorgang fr jede Taste einzeln ausgefhrt w erden.
N achdem die LED des H andsenders konstant leuchtet, kann die Taste des Senders
losgelassen und das Kabel entfernt w erden.
D ie N eucodierung ist beendet.
Hinweis:
Nach Neucodierung des Handsenders muss auch der Garagentorantrieb auf
die neue Codierung umprogrammiert werden, da die alte Codierung
unwiderbringlich verloren ist.

halb des G ebudes angebracht w erden.

Schutzart: IP 65, m glich (N icht im Lieferum fang enthalten).

Erstprogrammierung von Marantec - Garagentorantrieben
Achtung:
Die Anleitung bitte vollstndig lesen!
Vorbereitung:
D ie Bedienungsanleitung beschreibt die M ontage des A ntriebes C om fort 220.
D er A ntrieb m uss nun funktionsfhig m ontiert sein.
D as Tor ist noch nicht ganz geschlossen.
Legen Sie vor dem Program m ieren des A ntriebes die Batterie in Ihren H andsender ein
(Achten Sie auf die Polaritt!).
D ie Program m ierung w ird m it 3 Tasten (P,
oder
) durchgefhrt.
Achtung:
Falls Sie whrend des Programmiervorganges eine der 3 Tasten
innerhalb von 30 Sek. nicht mehr bettigen, wird die
Programmierung abgebrochen. Alle vorher mit der Taste 'P'
gespeicherten Funktionen bleiben erhalten. Bei Abbruch der
Programmierung blinkt die Anzeige 6. Nach kurzem Bettigen der
Taste 'P' wird Fehlermeldung 7 angezeigt.
Achtung:
Der Antrieb hat zwei Programmierebenen.
Fr den normalen Betrieb des Antriebes programmieren Sie in der
1. Programmierebene nur die Endlagen und die Fernsteuerung.
Damit verhindert wird, dass wichtige vom Werk vorgegebene
Parameter verndert werden, bitte die Taste 'P' nicht lnger als
10 Sek. bettigen.
In der 2. Programmierebene sollten Vernderungen nur vom
Fachpersonal vorgenommen werden.
Programmierung:
Bettigen Sie die Taste 'P' fr ca. 2 Sek., um in die 1. Program m ierebene zu gelangen.
Lassen Sie die Taste 'P' los, sobald A nzeige 2 blinkt und alle anderen leuchten.
Stellen Sie jetzt die Endlage 'Tor A uf' ein:
Bettigen und halten Sie die Taste
, bis die Stellung 'Tor A uf' erreicht ist.

Please follow the installation and fitting instructions carefully to avoid wrong
installation or damage to the door and door operator. Keep these instructions
for later reference. They contain important information regarding operational
checks and maintenance work.
Preparation
U npack the boom and the m otor unit and keep them ready for m ounting.
Connection of boom to motor unit:
Push the adapter sleeve (A ) onto the fine-toothed gear shaft to the detent.
By turning the m otor unit around 90, the fitting depth can be reduced by 150 m m .
In this case, reference point sw itch (B) m ust be turned to the designated position at the
sam e tim e.
Fit the boom onto the adapter sleeve in the correct direction.
A lign boom laterally.
Low er it onto the m otor unit using light pressure.
Attention:
Do not use force. If the boom is aligned parallel to the upper side of
the motor unit, a short pull on the carriage is sufficient to lower the
boom to the motor unit without force.
Screw the boom onto the m otor unit using tw o clam ping brackets (C ) and four hexagonal
head screw s SW 8 (D ) (see picture 3).

Installation of lintel joining plate
To protect the integrated pull elem ent (chain or toothed drive belt) against unauthorized and
forced dism antling from the outside (e.g. house break-in), push the red securing sleeve (D )
over the tension straining screw (E) (fig. 5.1).
Then connect the lintel plate (A ) and the boom end (B) by m eans of joint bolt (C ) (fig. 5.2).
Garage door operator for up-and-over doors:
Screw the lintel joining plate (A ) together w ith boom to the top door fram e, lintel or ceiling,
so that the upper door edge lies approx. 10 m m below the horizontal dow nw ard boom
edge - m easured from the highest point of the opening course (see pictures 7 and 11).
Put the m otor unit on a trestle or another suitable object until it is fixed later on to the
ceiling.
Join tw o door link brackets (B) to the door connector (C ).
Screw them w ith 4 screw s to the centre of the upper door edge. (see picture 7).

Attention:
When disengaged, the door may only be moved in a moderate
speed!
In order to prevent the carriage from colliding with the motor housing on
manual opening of the door, the travel path of the door in the opening
direction must always be limited.
Disengagement of door and operator

O nce the LED on the hand transm itter constantly glow s, the transm itter button can be
released and the cable rem oved.
The recoding procedure is now com pleted.
Note:
After recoding the hand transmitter, the garage door operator must also be
reprogrammed for the new code, since the old code has been irretrievably
lost.

Programming the control unit
A s soon as the control unit is sw itched on, it runs a self-test, recognizable through the
indicators 1 - 8 and the operator lighting w hich glow for approx. 1 second.
A fterw ards the control unit is in the operating state (indicator 8 glow s).
If button P is pressed for longer than 2 seconds, the control unit changes to the
program m ing m ode.
By repressing button P the program m ing m enus necessary for program m ing the basic
operator settings are selected in turn.
If a program m ing m enu is skipped, the setting rem ains unchanged.

Afin d'viter toute erreur pouvant occasionner des dommages la porte ou
l'oprateur, il est impratif de suivre scrupuleusement les indications de la
notice de montage. Conserver la prsente notice de montage.
Prparation
Retirez le rail et la tte doprateur de lem ballage et m aintenez ces deux pices prtes au
m ontage.
Assemblage du rail et de la tte doprateur
M ettre en place la douille (A ) jusquen bute de larbre dentranem ent denture fine.
Il est possible de rduire de 150 m m l'encom brem ent total de l'oprateur en tournant la tte
d'oprateur de 90. A noter que pour cette position, le m icrocontacteur (B) doit tre dplac
dans la position correspondante.
Placez le rail dans la bonne position sur la douille de d'adaptation.
A justez le rail latralem ent.
Faites descendre le rail sur la tte doprateur en exerant une lgre pression.
Attention:
Ne pas forcer. Lorsque le rail est plac dans la bonne position,
cest--dire parallle la surface de la tte doprateur, il suffit dune
lgre traction sur le chariot dentranement du rail afin de permettre
un embotement ais du rail sur la tte doprateur.
Vissez le rail avec la tte doprateur laide de deux triers de serrage (C ) et de 4 vis six
pans de 8 m m (D ) (voir fig. 3).

Placer l'oreille de suspente sur le rail de guidage
Fonction et positionnem ent de l'oreille de suspente (voir point 10)
Operateur sur porte basculante dbordante:
Fixer la patte (A ) avec le rail au prcadre fixe suprieur de la porte ou au linteau ou au
plafond de m anire laisser environ 10 m m de jeu entre la partie la plus haute de la porte
en m ouvem ent et la partie infrieure du rail de convoyage horizontal (voir fig. 7 et 11).
En attendant la fixation dfinitive, positionner provisoirem ent la tte d'oprateur
l'horizontale l'aide d'un trteau ou d'un tuteur adapt.
A ssem blez les deux querres dentranem ent (B) avec la pice de renfort (C ) pour form er un
bloc d'entranem ent.
Fixer au m oyen des 4 vis au m ilieu du cadre suprieur du plateau m obile de la porte (voir fig. 7).
Perage 5m m .
M ettez en place le tranard galb (D ) avec son axe (F) dans le chariot de guidage (E).
M ettre en place les 2 vis de blocage de part et d'autre de l'axe. A noter que seules les ttes
de vis m aintiennent l'axe dans son logem ent.
Liaisonner le tranard galb au bloc d'entranem ent.
Dmontez les verrous mcaniques de la porte ou mettez-les hors fonction en
position ouverte!

Dverrouiller le chariot de guidage
Enfoncez le tenon de dverrouillage rouge (B) jusqu'en bute dans l'ouverture rouge du
chariot de guidage (fig. 6.1).
Tirez sur la cordelette (A ).
Le chariot de guidage est ainsi dverrouill, il peut tre dplac librem ent sur le rail et reli
la porte.
Vous trouverez des inform ations supplm entaires concernant le chariot de guidage en
point 13.

Vissez-le sur l'entretoise de la porte (E) avec deux querres (D ).

Fixation au plafond de la tte d'oprateur:
Sur le rail, proxim it de la tte d'oprateur, fixer une suspente (A ) sur une bride coiffant le
rail par en dessous (voir fig. 10 et 11).
Plier la suspente en fonction des particularits du chantier.
Fixation au plafond du rail:
Faire passer une suspente (A ) au travers de loreille de suspente (B) et plier la dem ande
(voir fig. 10).

Relchez les boutons aprs 2 secondes.

Modification du codage:
En cas de perte de l'm etteur portable, il est possible de m odifier le code de la tlcom m ande.
Brancher le cble de program m ation 3 brins sur l'm etteur dont le codage est m odifier.
Etape 4:
Etablissez un contact entre le brin central et l'un quelconque des 2 brins priphriques.
Puis appuyez sur le bouton d'm etteur durant approxim ativem ent 5 secondes.
G rce une program m ation alatoire intgre, un nouveau code sera tabli.
A ce m om ent, la LED clignote rapidem ent (si une LED est prsente).
Sur des m etteurs plusieurs boutons, cette m m e opration doit tre ralise sparm ent
pour chaque bouton.
LED cesse de clignoter pour s'allum er fixe, lcher le bouton et enlever le cble de
program m ation.
Le nouveau codage est ralis.
Remarque:
Aprs un changement de code sur metteur, il est ncessaire de refaire la

Attention!
Aprs toute modification de programmation, il est ncessaire de faire
effectuer 2 manuvres compltes la porte de manire permettre
le calage automatique de force.
A prs un certain nom bre de m an uvres libres, s'assurer que la force ne dpasse pas
150 daN sous la tranche basse de la porte ceci dans les 2 sens de m an uvre. Si tel n'est pas
le cas, agir sur la sensibilit du dispositif de calage autom atique de force (voir plus loin).

Il est possible de raccorder un quipem ent de scurit com plm entaire (optionnel non fourni
d'origine) par cellules photo offrant un barrage par lum ire infra-rouge invisible sous le
cham p de m an uvre de la porte. Special 613 avec cataphote ou Special 614 com portant 2
appareils dont 1 projecteur IR et un rcepteur. Faisceau IR interrom pu par vhicule ou
obstacle provoque arrt de ferm eture puis rouverture de la porte.
Pour mettre en service un quipement cellules photo (aprs avoir branch
l'appareil):
A ppuyer sur le bouton P durant 10 secondes jusqu' clignotem ent de la diode 1.

Pour m m oire il faut appuyer sur le bouton

U ne fois l'installation en service, faire effectuer 2 m an uvres com pltes en ouverture et
en ferm eture avant de tester les forces dans le sens ouverture et dans le sens ferm eture.
C es forces ne doivent en aucun cas dpasser 150 D aN sous la tranche de la porte suivant
norm e N FP 25-362.

TELECOMMANDE
Transfert de code d'un metteur A un metteur B
A fin de faire fonctionner un m etteur com plm entaire.
Reprer l'm etteur ayant servi la program m ation de l'oprateur = m etteur A .
O uvrir les clapets des logem ents piles de l'm etteur A et de l'm etteur B.
Vrifier que les piles sont bien insres et polarit respecte.
Liaisonner les 2 m etteurs l'aide du cble plat 3 brins fourni avec chaque m etteur
( insrer dans les 3 bornes de chaque m etteur).
A ppuyer sur le bouton actif de l'm etteur A et m aintenir le doigt.
A prs une seconde, et sim ultanm ent, appuyez durant 2 secondes sur le bouton de
l'm etteur B vers lequel vous souhaitez transfrer le code actif de l'm etteur A
(toujours sans lcher le bouton de l'm etteur A ).
Lcher les 2 boutons.
A prsent vos 2 m etteurs sont capables de faire fonctionner votre porte.
(En cas de panne dlectricit, tous les rglages sont prservs).

Programmation de l'oprateur
Lors de la m ise sous tension, l'oprateur effectue un auto-test (diodes 1 8 et clairage
m oteur allum s pendant approx. 1 seconde), puis il passe en m ode de fonctionnem ent
norm al (diode 8 allum e).
Lorsque l'on m aintient le bouton P pendant plus de 2 secondes, l'oprateur bascule en
m ode program m ation afin de perm ettre les rglages suivant des m enus successifs.
U n nouvel appui bref sur P perm et de passer au m enu suivant, si un m enu est 'saut' il reste
inchang.

les program m es peuvent tre m odifis.

A prs chaque m odification, il faut valider par un appui bref sur le bouton P.
Si durant 30 secondes aucun des 3 boutons de program m ation n'est m anipul, l'oprateur
sort autom atiquem ent du m ode program m ation pour basculer en m ode de fonctionnem ent
norm al avec annonce de drangem ent (LED 6 clignote dans ce cas). U ne interrogation sur la
cause du drangem ent s'effectue par un appui bref sur P - affichage du dfaut 7 suivant
nom enclature (voir point 26 interruption de program m ation).
Les valeurs enregistres ne peuvent pas tre effaces m ais peuvent tre m odifies tout
m om ent.

De instructies in deze handleiding dienen nauwlettend in acht te worden
genomen om montagefouten en beschadigingen aan de aandrijving en de
deur te voorkomen. Bewaar de handleiding zorgvuldig aangezien deze
belangrijke informatie t.a.v. controle- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden bevat!
Voorbereiding
D e geleiderail en de aandrijfkast uit de verpakking halen en klaar leggen voor de m ontage.
De geleiderail op de aandrijfkast plaatsen:
A dapterhuls (A ) over de fijnvertande aandrijfas tot aan de aanslag schuiven.
D oor de aandrijving 90 te verdraaien w ordt de inbouw diepte 150 m m m inder.
H ierbij m oet de referentiepuntschakelaar (B) naar de aangegeven positie verplaatst w orden.
D e geleiderail in de juiste positie op de adapterhuls plaatsen.
Zijdelings uitrichten.
D e geleiderail m et een lichte druk op de aandrijfkast naar beneden duw en.
Let op:
Geen geweld gebruiken! Wanneer de geleiderail parrallel aan het
oppervlak van de aandrijfkast gericht is, dan volstaat een korte rukje
aan de ketting of de geleideslede om de geleiderail zonder forceren
op de aandrijfkast te schuiven.

Garagedeuraandrijving aan een kanteldeur:
Bevestigingsplaat latei / deurkozijn (A ) m et geleiderail w aterpas bevestigen aan het bovenste
gedeelte van het deurkozijn, latei of aan het plafond. Let op: de bovenkant van het deurblad

D e aandrijving kan zolang m et een bok of evt. een huishoudtrap ondersteund w orden om

H et deuraansluitelem ent m et vier schroeven aan de bovenkant van de deur vastzetten

D e rode ontkoppelingsstift (B) tot tot aan de aanslag in de rode opening van de geleideslede
drukken (afb. 6.1).

verbonden w orden.

Garagedeuraandrijving aan een sectionaaldeur:

Bij houten sectionaaldeuren de houtschroeven 5x35 m m gebruiken. Boor 3m m .
Tw ee zelftappende schroeven (D ) zover in het deuraansluitelem ent draaien, tot de uiteinden
van de schroeven tegen het deurblad aanliggen.
Trekstang (E) m et stift (G ) in de geleideslede (F) plaatsen.
Montage bevestigingsplaat latei / deurkozijn.
O m het in de leirail gentegreerde trekelem ent (ketting of tandriem ) te bescherm en tegen
onbevoegde, geforceerde dem ontage (bijv. inbraak) van buitenaf, schuift u de rode borghuls
(D ) over de spanschroef (E) (afb.5.1).
Vervolgens verbindt u de stortaansluitplaat (A ) en het raileindstuk (B) m et de scharnierpen
(C ) (afb.5.2).

Snelontkoppeling
Attentie:
In ontkoppelde toestand mag de deur alleen
met een langzame snelheid bewogen worden!
Om bij het handbediend openen van de deur te voorkomen dat de geleideslede
tegen de aandrijfkop komt, moet de loopweg van de deur met behulp van
bijvoorbeeld stootbuffers begrensd worden.
Deur en aandrijving loskoppelen:
H et trektouw (A ) tot aan de aanslag naar beneden trekken, om de deur van de aandrijving
los te koppelen (zie afb. 13).
Deur en aandrijving weer verbinden:
D e rode ontkoppelingsstift (B) in de richting van de pijl terugschuiven (zie afb. 13).
D e aandrijving starten.

Programmering van Marantec-garagedeuraandrijvingen
Attentie:
De gebruiksaanwijzing a.u.b. helemaal doorlezen.
Voorbereiding:
D e gebruiksaanw ijzing beschrijft de m ontage van de aandrijving C om fort 220.
N a de m ontage van de aandrijving m oet ze nu in staat zijn te functioneren.
D e deur is nog niet helem aal gesloten.
Voor het program m eren van de aandrijving de batterij in de handzender leggen
(let op de polariteit).
D e program m ering w ordt uitgevoerd m et 3 toetsen (P,
en
).
Attentie:
Wordt tijdens het programmeren geen enkele van de 3 toetsen
binnen een tijdsbestek van 30 sec. bediend, dan wordt de
programmering afgebroken. Alle reeds met de 'P'-toets vastgelegde
functies blijven behouden. Wanneer de programmering onderbroken
wordt knippert LED 6. Na het kort indrukken van toets 'P' verschijnt
foutmelding 7.
Attentie:
De aandrijving heeft twee programmeerniveaus.
Voor het normale gebruik van de aandrijving worden in het eerste
programmeerniveau alleen de eindposities en de afstandsbediening
geprogrammeerd.
Zo wordt verhinderd dat belangrijke fabrieksmatige ingestelde
parameters veranderd worden. Gelieve toets 'P' niet langer dan
10 sec. ingedrukt houden.
In het tweede programmeerniveau mogen wijzigingen uitsluitend
door vakkundig personeel uitgevoerd worden.
Programmering:
D e toets 'P' ongeveer 2 sec. indrukken om in het eerste program m eerniveau te kom en.
D e toets 'P' loslaten van zodra de LED 2 knippert en alle andere LED 's branden.
D e eindpositie instellen op 'deur open':
D e toets
indrukken en ingedrukt houden tot de positie 'deur open' bereikt is.

H eeft de deur de juiste positie bereikt, dan kan toets
losgelaten w orden.
D e precieze afstelling w ordt bereikt door het kort indrukken van toets

D aarna toets 'P' kort indrukken.
D e nu ingestelde positie is vastgelegd en u bevindt zich autom atisch in de volgende

D e indicaties gaan n voor n uit, tegen de w ijzers van de klok in, totdat alleen LED 8 nog
brandt. D e aandrijving is nu bedrijfsklaar.
Vastleggen van de aandrijfkracht:
Bedien de aandrijving (met aangekoppelde deur) helem aal, zonder onderbreking,
twee keer van de positie 'deur dicht' naar de positie 'deur open' en om gekeerd.
D e aandrijving berekent tijdens deze tw ee testbew egingen de m axim ale trek- en drukkracht,
die vereist is om de deur te bew egen.
N a tw ee volledige 'open-dicht' bew egingen is de aandrijving definitief klaar voor gebruik.
D eze gegevens blijven ook na een onderbreking van de netspanning ingesteld, en kunnen
indien nodig te allen tijde veranderd w orden.
Controle:
Toets
indrukken.
D e deur m oet opengaan tot de door u bepaalde 'deur open'-positie.

2e Programmeerniveau:
Attentie:
Wijzigingen in het tweede programmeerniveau dienen uitsluitend
door vakkundig personeel uitgevoerd te worden.
Indien de aandrijving tijdens het bew egen van de deur zich voortijdig uitschakelt, dan is de
uitschakelautom aat te zw ak ingesteld. De uitgeoefende kracht aan de sluitkant mag
in gn geval meer dan 150 N bedragen.
W ijzigingen aan de uitschakelautom aat kunnen in het tw eede program m eerniveau
uitgevoerd w orden. O ok de aansluiting van een fotocel kan hier eveneens geprogram m eerd
w orden.
Toets 'P' ca. 10 sec. indrukken om in het tw eede program m eerniveau te kom en.
N a 2 sec. knippert de LED 2.

N a het inschakelen van de netspanning voert de besturing een zelftest uit. D eze is m erkbaar

Per evitare errori di montaggio e danni alla porta da garage e alla

Togliete la guida e il gruppo m otore dall'involucro e teneteli pronti per il m ontaggio.
Collegare la rotaia di guida col carter motore
Infilare l'adattatore (A ) fino all'arresto sull'albero di trasm issione a dentura sottile.
G irando il gruppo m otore di 90, la profondit si riduce di 150 m m . In questo caso anche
l'interruttore di punto di riferim ento (B) dovr essere girato nella posizione prevista
M ettete la guida in giusta posizione sulla bussola del riduttore.
Posizionate la guida lateralm ente.
A bbassate, prem endo lievem ente, la guida sul gruppo m otore.
Attenzione:
Non impiegare forza. Appena la rotaia di guida si trovi in posizione
parallelo rispetto alla superfice del carter motore, basta un breve tiro

Collocare il gruppo m otore fino al suo fissaggio al soffitto su un cavalletto o sim ile oggetto adeguato.

Avvitatelo 4 volte centralm ente al bordo superiore del m anto (vedi ill. 8.1.). Foro 5 m m .
La m otorizzazione pu essere installata, in caso di bisogno, fuori dal centro di 200 m m .
N el caso di elem enti di porta in legno, utilizzare le viti spax 5x35 m m . Foro 3 m m .
Infilare due viti autofilettanti (D ) nella m ensola di raccordo fino al punto, che le punte delle
viti aderiscono davanti alla lam ina.
Inserite la staffa di trascinam ento del portone (E) con il perno (G ) nel cursore (F).
Avvitatelo doppiam ente.
C ollegare il braccio alla squadretta di trascinam ento.

Motorizzazione per porte da garage - porta basculante non debordante
A questo scopo sono necessari:

Prima di montare la motorizzazione mettere fuori funzione oppure smontare
le serrature della porta.
Avvitare la piastra di raccordo (A ) con la rotaia di guida alla parte superiore del telaio,
all'architrave o al soffitto in m odo che il bordo superiore del m anto si trovi, nel punto
m assim o della traiettoria d'apertura, circa 10 m m al di sotto del bordo orizzonale inferiore
della guida (vedi Fig. 9 e 11).
C ollocare il gruppo m otore fino al suo fissaggio al soffitto su un cavalletto o sim ile oggetto
adeguato.
Montaggio del braccio curvo:
Fissare von 6 viti autofilettanti la squadretta di fissaggio (B) al bordo superiore del m anto
( foro 5 m m ).
Il centro della squadretta corrisponde al centro della guida.
Inserite il braccio curvo porta (C ) nell'angolare di fissaggio (B).
Fissatelo con due lam iere angolari (D ) alla controventatura del portone.

Le squadrette vengono fissate al braccio curvo con due viti M 6 x 10 e dadi esagonali.
Innestate l'asta di spinta (G ) con il perno (J) nel cursore (F).
Avvitate doppiam ente

C ollegare l'asta di spinta col braccio curvo (C ).
Fare attenzione alle m isure indicate.
A bbassando la rotaia di giuida ed estraendo l'asta di spinta, si aum enta il percorso d'apertura
della porta. L'asta di spinta deve essere estratta soltanto fino al punto in cui i rulli disposti
all'interno (H ) non tocchino le viti di delim itazione (I).
Smontare o mettere fuori funzione le serrature della porta.

Per porte sezionali granid e pesantiutilizzare inoltre la mensola
attacco porta Spezial 111 , no.-art. 47 574 (vedi Fig. 8.2.)

Eseguire l'ancoraggio al soffitto in corrispondenza delle condizioni architettoniche.

Sblocco rapido
Attenzione:

Per evitare, durante l'apertura manuale del portone, una collisione del cursore
con la staffa di bloccaggio della sospensione e il gruppo motore, il tragitto di
scorrimento del portone dev'essere limitato nel sollevamento a cura del cliente.
Separare il portone e la motorizzazione
Per separare il portone dalla m otorizzazione, tirate verso il basso la fune traente (A ) fino alla
battuta (vedi ill. 13).
Nuovo collegamento del portone e della motorizzazione
Spingete indietro la spina rossa di sbloccaggio (B) in direzione della freccia (vedi ill. 13).

Attenzione:
Leggere tutte le istruzioni!
Preliminari:
Le istruzioni per l'uso descrivono il m ontaggio della m otorizzazione C om fort 220.
La m otorizzazione dev' essere m ontata in m odo efficiente.
La porta non ancora del tutto chiusa.
Prim a di iniziare la program m azione della m otorizzazione, occorre inserire la batteria
nel telecom ando. (Fare attenzione alla giusta polarit).
La program m azione viene effettuata con i tasti P,
.
Attenzione:
Se durante il processo di programmazione non viene azionato entro
30 secondi uno dei tre tasti, la programmazione si interrompe. Tutte
le impostazioni precedentemente memorizzate con il tasto P vengono
comunque mantenute. Se la programmazione viene interrotta il LED
6 lampeggia. Tenendo premuto brevemente il tasto P viene indicato
l'errore 7.
Attenzione:
La motorizzazione ha due livelli di programmazione.
Per l'esercizio normale della motorizzazione, programmare nel primo
livello di programmazione solamente i fine corsa e la codifica del
telecomando.
Per evitare che parametri importanti preimpostati in fabbrica
vengano modificati inutilmente, non si deve tenere premuto il tasto P
per pi di 10 secondi.
Tutte le eventuali modifiche dei parametri del secondo livello di
programmazione devono essere effettuate solamente da personale
specializzato.
Programmazione:
Prem ere il tasto 'P' per circa 2 secondi per entrare nel prim o livello di program m azione.
Lasciare andare il tasto 'P' non appena il LED 2 lam peggia e tutti gli altri sono accesi.
Regolare il fine corsa 'A PERTU RA ':
A zionare e tenere prem uto il tasto
finch la posizione 'A PERTU RA ' viene raggiunta.

Auto-regolazione della limitazione di coppia:
Far effettuare alla m otorizzazione (con porta innestata) duecicli d'esercizio com pleti senza
interruzione dalla posizione 'C H IU SU RA ' alla posizione 'A PERTU RA ' e ritorno.
D urante questi due cicli la m otorizzazione rileva la m assim a forza di trazione e di spinta necessaria per
m uovere la porta. D opo altre due corse com plete, la m otorizzazione definitivam ente pronta per l'uso.
Q ueste regolazioni rim angono m em orizzate anche se viene interrotta l'alim entazione, m a in caso di
necessit possono essere variate in qualsiasi m om ento com e sopra descritto.
Controlli di verifica:

dovrebbe comunque superare i 150 N.
N el secondo livello di program m azione possibile m odificare il grado di sensibilit dell'interruzione
autom atica anti-schiacciam ento.
Inoltre possibile program m are il collegam ento della fotocellula.
Per entrare nel secondo livello di program m azione, prem ere per circa 10 secondi il tasto 'P'.
D opo due secondi il LED 2 lam peggia.
C ontinuare a tenere prem uto il tasto 'P' finch dopo circa 10 secondi il LED 1 lam peggia e tutti gli
altri sono accesi.
Lasciando andare il tasto 'P' si passa al secondo livello di program m azione, iniziando con il m enu 1
per la program m azione della fotocellula. Il LED 1 lam peggia, tutti gli altri sono accesi.

Attenzione:
L'interruzione automatica anti-schiacciamento dovrebbe essere regolata al
massimo grado di sensibilit (150 N max al bordo di 'CHIUSURA').

N el settore industriale le finestre, le porte ed i cancelli m otorizzati devono essere collaudati da un
tecnico prim a della m essa in funzione o in caso di necessit, com unque alm eno una volta all'anno.
Manutenzione
La m otorizzazione C om fort 220 funziona praticam ente senza bisogno di m anutenzione.
Considerare tuttavia attentam ente i seguenti punti che garantiscono un indisturbato funzionam ento.
La regolazione dell'interruzione autom atica in apertura ed in chiusura va controllata
periodicam ente.
Si dovrebbe inoltre controllare periodicam ente il funzionam ento di tutte le parti m obili,
sia della porta da garage che della m otorizzazione, e tenerli in uno stato scorrevole.
La m anovra m anuale della porta deve risultare di facile esecuzione.
