REGULATIONS RELATING TO SELF INSPECTION OF EVALUATED ANSWER

SCRIPTS BY THE STUDENTS UNDER R.T.I. ACT, 2005

These regulations shall be called the regulations relating to self inspection of evaluated answer
scripts by the students under R.T.I. Act, 2005.
. The evaluated answer scripts of all e!a"inations shall be preserved # stored for a period not
e!ceeding $ "onths fro" the date of publication of reassess"ent # %%& '%ost %ublication
&crutiny( results of the respective e!a"ination.
2. )niversity shall entertain applications for self inspections of answer script's( by the
students only under R.T.I. Act, 2005 within the period of $ "onths as "entioned in clause .
*. +ost of infor"ation to be supplied by the )niversity shall have to be borne by the &tudents.
,. The students shall have to pay Rs. 500#- 'or charges as decided by the )niversity( per answer
script in cash to the )niversity +ash +ounter before inspecting the answer script.
5. .o applications shall be considered by the )niversity unless the application is acco"panied
by the prescribed fees or /%0 +ertificate under R.T.I. Act, 2005.
$. Answer script's( which is # are under re-e!a"inations # scrutiny shall not be "ade available
to the concerned students for self inspection.
1. .o person other than the applicant shall be allowed to inspect the answer script.
2. The student shall not be allowed to copy any part of the answer script or write anything in the
answer script's( at the ti"e of self inspection. 3owever, a photocopy of the answer script
without disclosing the identity of the e!a"iners and "ar4s awarded to hi" # her shall be
supplied on pay"ent of Re. per page 'or charges as decided by the )niversity( if such
re5uest is "ade by the student.
6. The student shall be allowed to spend, "a!i"u" *0 "inutes per script for inspecting the
answer script.
0. The student shall produce his # her Identity +ard, 7riginal 8ar4sheet, Ad"it +ard etc. before
inspecting the answer script to the concerned officer.
. The student shall not as4 anything about the "ar4s awarded to hi" # her to the concerned
officer but he # she "ay sub"it his # her 5ueries in writing to the officer concerned.
2. The student shall sub"it a letter to the officer concerned to the effect that he # she has seen
the answer script's( provided by this office as sought by hi" # her.
*. The )niversity shall entertain only the specific clai" for redressal of grievance of the
concerned students # e!a"inees arising out of self inspection under R.T.I. Act, 2005
relating to evaluation of answer scripts on pay"ent of Rs. 000#- 'Rupees 7ne Thousand(
only per answer script.
