All funds under this agreement from a person shall be divided equally between Friends of Mary
Landrieu Inc. and Mark Pryor for US Senate. The fIrst $2,300 of a person's contribution will be
designated for the primary election; and the second $2,300 of a person's contribution will be designated
for the general election. The fIrst $5,000 of a multi candidate political committee will be considered
designated for the primary election and the second $5,000 of a multi candidate political committee will
be considered designated for the general election. Any contributor may designate his or her
contribution for a particular participant. The allocation fonnula above may change if any contributor
makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully
give to any participant. For contributions made after a candidate's primary election date, a maximum of
$2,300 per person or $5,000 per multi-candidate committee will be allocated to the candidate, with such
amounts considered designated for the general election. An individual can contribute a maximum of
$2,300 in the primary and $2,300 in the general per candidate.
Contributions or gifts to Louisiana-Arkansas Victory Fund 2008 are not tax deductible.
