Set up outside broiler barbeque grill, cut and trim Delmonico, Top Sirloin, and Filet of
Tenderloin meats for Wednesday evening steak special.
Prepare all garnishes for plate presentation, stock necessary condiments.
Cook red bliss potatoes, corn on the cob, sauted onions, and mushrooms.
