Brainstorming about occupation. 1. Teacher shows pictures of doctor and postmen to the pupils and asked if they remember the name of the occupation. 2. Teacher show flash cards of the name of occupation and pupils are asked paste the flash card on the picture of occupations. 3. Teacher asks pupils where they can found the doctor and postmen. 4. Teacher guides the pupils to learn more about occupation. 5. Pupils are encouraged to talk about their experienced with the doctor and postmen. To prepare the pupils for the lesson by recalls their previous knowledge about occupation and what they want to be when they grow up.
Teaching aids : 1. Picture of doctor and postmen. Pre-reading (10 Minutes) Silent reading 1. Pupils are divided intro groups. 2. Teacher distributes a poster about the occupation and what they do. 3. Pupils are given 5 minutes to read the poster given and read the information given with their group mates. To introduce indirect reading to the pupils.
Teaching aids: 1. Poster about occupation. While reading (20 minutes) Guided reading
Fill in the blanks 1. Teacher guides pupils to read through the information given in the brochure. 2. Teacher asks the pupils what are the occupation can be found in the poster. 3. Teacher distributes work sheet to the pupils. 4. Pupils have to complete the worksheet given by filling in the blanks using the information stated in To guide pupils to read with correct pronunciation.

Post reading (20 minutes) Draw what you want to be when you grow up. 1. Teacher discuss the worksheet with the pupils. 2. Teacher asks pupils what they want to be when the grow up. 3. Each pupils draw the picture of occupation they want to be amd wirte down the name of occupation below the picture. 4. Teacher select pupils randomly and pupils who being selected come in front of the class to present their drawing and give the reason why they would like to be the occupation selected. To enhance pupils understanding to the text given.
