1. Please bring this Admit Card to the Examination Centre failing which you will not be allowed to enter in the Examinination hall/Centre.
3. Please bring one of the identiy proofs(Adhaar Card, Election D Card/Driving License/pan Card/ Passport, etc issued by the concerned
authority) at the Examination Center which will be cross verified by the room invigilator without which you will not be allowed to appear
for exam.
2. The Admit Cards with name and address of the examination centre will also be available for downloading on DFCCL website i.e
www.dfccil.gov.in from 16th August, 2014 onwards.
4. n case after downloading the e-Admit Card any discrepancy is noticed, the same should be informed at dfcciI2014@gmaiI.com
immediately. Deficiency will be looked into and corrective action will be taken and if reqired, a revised Admit Card will be issued.
6. Candidates are requested to report at the examination centre positively at least 45 minutes before the commencement of the
examination. No Iate coming is aIIowed. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the commencement of
examination.
5. The candidates are required to use Black or Blue ball point pen only for the examination. They are advised to bring at least 02 Black or
Blue ball point pen along with them.
15. The details notified earlier in the web-recruitment notice shall remain same and may be referred at DFCCL's website - www.dfccil.gov.in
13. Any query/Concerns of the candidates to any question(s) should be submitted from his/her registered email-D to
dfcciI2014@gmaiI.com immediately.
8. For every correct answer 1 mark will be awarded. There shall be negative marking for each wrong answer i.e.1/4 mark shall be deducted
for every wrong answer. No mark will be awarded/deducted for un-attempted question.
7. There will be 100 multiple choice objective type questions with one correct answer. Out of the 100 questions, 80 questions shall be
related to subject/discipline/post applied by the candidate, 10 questions shall be from General Knowledge and 10 questions on
Reasoning.
9. Candidates are strictIy advised not to bring any kind of eIectronic gadgets,caIcuIator-separate or with watch, TabIets,
BIuetooth device, any type of mobiIe phones or any other instrument or Books, sIide ruIes, foot ruIes, note books or written
notes, etc. which may assist him/her in cheating during the conduct of examination and these wiII not be aIIowed in the
examination compIex. Any candidate who is found copying,receiving, giving assistance or using unfair means during the exam will be
disqualified and DFCCIL will not be responsible for the cancellation of candidature.
10. Any request for change of centre/venue wiII not be entertained. n case the candidate receives more than one admit card for single
post due to multiple registrations by him/her, the candidate is directed to handover the admit card which are not required, to the room
invigilator at the time of examination. The candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination for one post only in a particular session.
11. Mere issue of admit card will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by DFCCL. This admit card is purely
'PROVISIONAL' and subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria notified for the post and subject to verification of documentary proof for
eligibility for the same in respect of qualifications, age, reservations etc.
12. On completion of examination, Candidate has to handover his/her OMR Answer Sheet and Question Booklet to room invigilator. The
candidates shall be allowed to leave the examination hall onIy after completion of examination.
14. For any unresolved admit card related query,the candidate is advised to visit the Facilitation Centre opened in the city of examination
from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on 30th August, 2014. The details/address of Facilitation centre in examination cities shall be available on
DFCCL website-www.dfccil.gov.in
