UN "OCU.ENT -2- November 9, 1992-93
After %ecretary 1eneral ,thant recei3ed My Communications, the ,nited -ations told the &amaica go3ernment
to +ring Me up to the attention of the pu+lic as an International 2efender of Human Rights. The 1o3ernment
under the leadership of Mr. %hearer ignored this call. Mr. %hearer pretended as if he was going to do it when he
sent an in3itation to Me to attend a Human Rights Award )resentation. The Marcus 1ar3ey award which was to
+e gi3en to me was gi3en to Mrs. Coretta King instead. He again called Me to the -ational Arena +ut said
nothing a+out Me to the pu+lic and that has +een the case to this day.
The &amaica go3ernment still continued to sa+otage My Rights +y +rea!ing off My International
Communications with the ,nited -ations Head :ffice in -ew 9or! at the time when :ur rothers of the
:.A.,. re"uested that I, )rince Edwards # ,o3 K+,- E43&r4/ 0 +e +rought forth to wor! out the necessary
details concerning the International Repatriation of the lac! African %la3e Children in the west.
These communications were +ro!en off +etween './.B'.0( when the 1o3ernment under Mr. %hearer as )rime
Minister, Hon. Hector 8ynter as Minister of EAternal Affairs and Hon. Edward %eaga as )arliament Mem+er,
destroyed My then Head"uarters at #$ %panish Town Road, Kingston, destroying in the process My ,nited
-ations *lags, Houses, Church and 2rums used in the Church.
They proceeded to report to the ,.-. :ffice in -ew 9or! that I was dead, effecti3ely cutting off My
Communication and +latantly sa+otaging the Rights of the )oor and ha3eBnots. The heights of sa+otaging was
demonstrated when at the same time it was printed in the &amaica 2aily 1leaner under the editorship of
Theodore %ealy. = This same newspaper in their affiliate paper The %tar, under the editorship of Hector 8ynter
printed later in '.05 that I had sacrificed +a+ies @.
Through great s!ill and hard wor!, My Communications with ,nited -ations was re3i3ed in '.5',during the
tenure of %ecretary 1eneral &a3ier )ereC 2ecuellar, when Mr 9acou+ &oury the then Resident Representati3e of
the ,.-., 3isited My Head"uarters at '( Miles ull ay on August 40

doing towards Human Rights, he told the Congregation 1athered that they were S&*e &,4 5$&5 U,4er .6

In '.5; I met with Mr. ragwat %ingh who was wor!ing at the ,.-. %ea ed Authority as a special
representati3e to the %ecretary 1eneral for the <aw of the %ea. 2uring :ur Meeting he said that All My
2ocuments to the ,nited -ations from Mr. ,thant days were recorded. He further stated that when they were
recei3ed, an Emergency Meeting was held to run through them and e3erything was in perfect order. He
concluded with the words that he would +e returning to -ew 9or!, after which I would recei3e documents from
the ,.-.D those which I needed I could !eep and those I did not, I could send +ac! to them. I was also informed
+y Mr. %ingh in a letter dated March 4$, '.5; that he had recei3ed My <etter dated March '0, '.5; on the
su+Eect of International Repatriation and that it would +e su+Eected to the Chief of -onBgo3ernmental
:rganiCation %ection, as well as to the 2i3ision of Human Rights at the ,.-. Head"uarters in -ew 9or!. -o
2ocument has reached Me from that Time to -ow.
8hen I met with Mr. ragwat %ingh, Hon. Hugh %hearer was then 2eputy )rime Minister and Minister of
*oreign Affairs, wherein he was in a position to stop anything coming to MeD there+y, sa+otaging My efforts.
E3er since My *irst Communication with the ,.-., from the days when he was am+assador to the ,.-. to now,
he has always +een in the position to sa+otage My 8or!s, which he has used his portfolio to do. He was doing
so from './0 at the ,.-. :ffice in &amaica at ' <ady Musgra3e Road, Kingston. A secretary at the ,.-. :ffice
+y the name of Ms. Edwards disclosed All My <etters to the ,.-. and those coming to Me to Mr. %hearer for
him to do whate3er he wanted to do with them.
I ha3e called upon the ,.-. on se3eral occasions to send a Human Rights Team down here to in3estigate
Human Rights ?iolations +y the &amaica go3ernment, particularly incidents in3ol3ing Hon. Hugh <.%hearer
and I ha3e also sought &ustice from the International Court of &ustice and nothing has +een done concerning
this. I ha3e, therefore, now put forth these points for rectification from the ,nited -ations as an International
ody that stands to see Human Rights Ministered to E3eryone, +oth the Ha3e and the Ha3eBnots.
I Call for a Team of International <awyers to see this done 7ARA.OUNTLY222 The ,nited -ations is to send
a Human Rights Team to chec! out what is going on in &amaica against the %uffering Masses and also Mr.
%hearer is to +e called along with %enator :swald Harding who was his deputy minister in the Ministry of
*oreign Affairs, and to whom he has gi3en a !ey to a +an! which Mr. %hearer said he should not open in his

all the 2ocuments of Repatriation he recei3ed from the ,.-. and from H.I.M. Emperor Haile %elassie I when
