Procedure for DPFG water injection Wells

Introduction
After the water injection shut down in new plant all the SSV valves of the
water injection wells are closed by PSLL, the pressure is lock in the sea line
and water injection header at about 210 bar, the flushin valve in !P"# to be
open and the analyse to be taken durin the flushin the water $uality to be on
specification, %illipore 10 litres & '0 (in, S)* + 100 count&(l, repeat the
analyse if necessary, the analyses are not on spec, the water flushin (ust be
continued, the water is on spec, follow the procedures below
how the 2 flushing valve can be open or closed without damage

Procedure before opening the flushing valve in DPFG
1
st
- south cluster, reduce the choke to '0 . openin to !P"#
2
nd
- /#0 point open the flushin 1to break down the pressure in the water
injection header at !P"# to lower pressure as possible2
'
rd
- !P"#, open the 20 flushin valve when no pressure is upstrea(
the 20 valve, secure the valve in full open position with the chain
3
th
- /#0 point, close flushin
4
th
- open the choke at south cluster to !P"# radually fro( '0 . to 40.
openin
Procedure before closing the flushing valve in DPFG
1
st
- South cluster, reduce the choke valve to '0 . to !P"#
2
nd
- /#0 point open flushin 1to break down the pressure in the water
injection header at !P"# to lower pressure as possible2
'
rd
-

!P"#, close the 20 flushin valve when no pressure is upstrea( the
20 valve, secure the valve in full close position with the chain
3
th
- /#0 point close flushin
4
th
- South cluster, open the choke to !P"# radually fro( '0 . to 100 .

Procedure to start W. Injection into Wells

5pen all the aue valves on 67 header, and aue valves on instru(ent
flane of each 67 wellhead
1
st
- #et at least 200 bar to 214 bar at 67 header
