alone& be in a group& or bring the whole family with them. (e have come to some thinking about this one

Jogging alone have some benefits. Jogging alone is free& and a great stress reliever0 It can be a time where
you can reconnect with yourself and reflect on your inner most thoughts. )ome people have so many
daily stresses. %ne of these things could be relating in raising their children& problems in their families
and all of those kinds of stuff. $nother common stress could be on their works and school1related
dilemmas. Many of us juggle lots of daily responsibilities and we+re trying to do it all. .veryone needs an
outlet2 a way to release the stresses of the day.

care of yourself is not only important for your health& but it+s important to do for your mind. Jogging
alone is a great way to give back to yourself. To replenish your spirit. It can be done early in the morning
when the dew is still on the grass. It might seem a little silly& but breathing in different outdoor scents and
engaging your other senses such as seeing other people outside walking& jogging or just passing by and
listening to birds chirping is quite relaxing. It gets you focused on something other than work&
responsibilities or family issues. Jogging on your own can be done at any time that is convenient to your

fun. It could give a motivation boost. It could alo improve you+re performance because when you run with

keeping up with their lives. Joggers who are in groups maybe value the ability to have conversations with
their partners and use their exercise sessions as a way to stay in touch with their friends.
