Troll (n.) - a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or
upsetting people. In LoL, it is a bad gamer which dies very many times and feeds
the other teams players.
Feeding (v.) - the effect of dying calculatedly, other player gets EXP and gold
which can buy materials and makes skill points go up.
Throwing (adj.) - dies calculatedly by the other teams players or towers. This
leads the team losing.
ADC (n.) - AD Carry, which attacks enemy champions from long range, and has
the most powerful deal often.

Lecture A:
Professor: Sion, Student 1: Sam, Student 2: Joshua
Professor: All right class today, we are going to learn about Lology. Okay, is
there anyone who knows about LoLogy?
Student 1,2: No~
Professor: Good. It seems like nobody knows about LoLogy. All right then lets
talk about it. First of all, lets talk about its meaning. Lology is the study of LOL..
Student 1: What is LOL?
Professor: Good question. LOL is the shortened word for League of Legends.
Student 1: Then what is the League
Professor: In the game LOL, there are three lines and two parts of jungle for each
team. There are two teams and the map looks like a square. Each team is made of
five players. To win, one team has to break the other teams nexus or the other
team has to surrender. This is just a little part of LOL. Everyone following me?
Student 1: I dont thinks so.
Professor: Good.
Student 2: Professor, I think the game LOL is similar to DOTA.
Professor: UmYeah, the style is little similar, but I think there are more
differences than similarities. First of all, the game LOL had 122 champions, but
DOTA has much less than LOL.
Student 2: I have another question.
Professor: Yes Sure.
Student 2: Do you think that LOL or DOTA is more fun?
Professor: Um... That is a very difficult question. I like LOL more, because it has
a wide variety of champions, and also LOL is more popular than DOTA.
Student 1: It seems pretty fun.
Student 2: Professor, Still, I cant understand this game well.
Professor: OK, lets talk about it more then. The game LOL has three lines.
Everyone understand? OK. The player who goes at the top of line is called the
top liner. And the player in the middle is called the mid liner. Unlike the mid
and top, players at the bottom are these two players: AD carry and supporter. And
there is only one jungler. It is the basic position for the game, but it could be

changed. For example, there could be two liners at the top and one liner at the
bottom. We call it a line swap.
Student 1: Wow it is so confusing. I think Im lost. Haha.
Professor: It would be very hard to understand for you guys if you have never
played. Ok then lets play LOL to understand it more easily. Guys lets go to the
computer room!
Student1,2: YEAH!!
Lecture B:
Professor (Rachel): Hello, class! Today well learn about losing weight. Okay.
First, how many of you think youre fat?
Student 1(Esther): Me. I think Im fat
Student 2(Sophia): Me, too!
Student 3(Anna): Not me!
Student 2(Sophia): Wow! Youre not self-conscious.
Professor: Okay, Okay. Ill teach you how to find the average weight for your
height. The equation is (your height-100)X 0.9. For example, if youre 160cm,
you need to be 54kg since 160minus 100 times 0.9 equals 54kg. But there can be
a difference between females and males and now many people want skinny bodies.
So now we say that the weight for a 160cm tall girl 47.4kg, 56.3kg for males.
Student 3(Anna): Oh, I shouldve known that Im fat! (depressed). Ill go on a diet.
Student 1 and 2: Yes, you should. We already knew you were fat.
Professor: Calm down class! Do you guys want to lose weight? Okay, then follow
along. Being fat is known as obesity. We say that people are obese when they
have more fat than needed. If theres too much fat in your body then we can see
your pot belly. This usually happens to people who dont eat slowly. Do you
know why?
Student 1(Esther): I know that! Thats because um, when we eat food quickly, we
dont feel that were full.
Professor: Yes, thats correct! But can anyone explain more about it?
Student 3(Anna): Oh, I once heard that if we eat quickly, our fat is not burned
quickly.
Professor: Not quite. Does anyone know the answer?
Student 2(Sophia): I think I know it. Its because when we eat quickly, the
message that I am full is sent to my brain later.

Professor: Absolutely! Thats right. The message that shows a person is full or not
is sent to the brain in 10 minutes if it is short and 20minutes if it is long. So when
you eat quickly, you dont know youre full and just keep eating. You guys need
to eat slowly if you want to lose weight.
Student 3(Anna): Oh, thats why Im fat! I should fix that habit!
Student 2(Sophia): But, I eat slowly enough to send the message to my brain. Are
there any other reasons why Im fat?
Professor: Oh, there are many other reasons. First, watching too much TV and
playing computer games can influence your weight since you dont move much.
Also, eating salty food makes people fat because the salinity locks
moisture inside the body. Eating salty food also makes people gain weight by just
drinking water. Mostly, I think some of you do not drink 2L of water every day.
Do you?
Student 1(Esther): No, I dont.
Professor : Drinking water is very important for your body. There are many ways
to lose weight. Not doing what I mentioned and keeping a diet notebook is helpful
too. Write every days menu and calories. Then, check your notes and plan to
change it a little bit every day. Also, exercising is helpful. But many people dont
exercise because they are too busy. At least do 10 minutes of essential exercise.
Its already proven by many people to work and it also came out in television.
Student 3: Ah, really? I used to dance for 4 hours a day to lose my weight, but I
was too busy for it. Teach me that essential exercise.
Professor: Its called intermittent exercise. Its essential because it makes people
sweat in a short amount of time. Examples of intermittent exercise are knee-ups,
squats, and burpee jumps. Research these on your own if you want to lose weight.
Student 1,2,3: Yes!
Professor: Okay, my lecture is finished. Did you understand it?
Student 1,2,3: Yes! Thanks, professor.
