AA is responsible for the design of the building as a whole and for all rooms mentioned under
P6002utile.165.10.17.014_C Attachment 1, section A Offices and Suport area and section C Common Support facilities.
BB is responsible for detailed design. The design of the building structure, exterior, building equipment, offices and
office furniture are not in Contractors scope

possible?

Direct communication with the architectural team in US, is possible. Frequent communication via email or teleconference
is antissipated to allow parallel development of the laboratoy functional specifications and lay-out and the design of the
building as a whole.

The provided Building Design Description

(P6002utile.165.10.17.014_C) contains a list analysis &
test methods for the certificate laboratory with
hydrocarbon products.
Will the Contractor receive such a list of analysis and test
methods also for the other laboratories and sampling
schedules for all four laboratories?
If test methods are used which are not commonly available
(such vendor specific test methods) - will Contractor get
full access to those specific methods?

Contractor to validate and determine the analysis and test methods for all 4 laboratories and the sampling schedule.
Specific analysis and test requirements are provided for each refinery proces unit, as an example P6002utile-133-08R09_A provides the minimum test methods for unit 133.
