SUBJECT: Implementation of labour free service visits for non-Cellular customers- Silent DG set application only.
ENGINE MODELS AFFECTED: All models: 222ESG,322ESG,323ESG,422ESG,422TC, 621ES, 881ES

SERIAL NUMBER RANGE AFFECTED: 5211series onwards

SAFETY NOTICE:Instructions in the bulletins assume that the technician has sound knowledge on safety procedures and has been trained on the maintenance and repair of Eicher
products. If you are unsure or do not understand the information contained in this bulletin, please contact TMTL for assistance. Remember SAFETY comes FIRST.

Service Information:
TAFE Motors and Tractors Limited (TMTL) shall offer 3 free service visits along with every engine manufactured by the company and supplied to the customers of
non-cellular segment for Silent DG Set application. This shall be applicable for PG engines with ESN: 5211series onwards.
The schedule of labour free service visits will be as follows :-

Within 50 hours of DG running or 15 days


from the date of DG commissioning,
whichever occurs earlier, along with

Within 50 hours of DG running or 15 days from

2nd free service visit

Within 550 hours of DG running or 195 days


from the date of DG commissioning,
whichever occurs earlier, along with
replacement of Oil and Filters

Within 300 hours of DG running or 105 days


from the date of DG commissioning, whichever
occurs earlier, along with replacement of Oil and
Filters

The above labour free services can be availed only through the Authorised Service Dealers of TMTL, subject to the following conditions :1.The labour free service visits are applicable only for the DG sets manufactured by the Authorised OEAs (Original Equipment Assembler) of TMTL and purchased from
the Authorised dealers.
2. All consumable parts and Oil for the Ist and 2nd service visits shall be arranged by the customer through the authorized service dealers on chargeable basis.
3.Genuine parts and recommended oil are used during the routine services of the DG set.
4. It is the responsibility of the DG set purchaser to avail these free service visits as per the above recommended schedule. After the specified timelines, the free
service visit offer shall not be applicable.
5.The warranty of the engine shall be deemed to be VOID if the recommended service schedule is not followed by the customer.

Important 1. The above process of " Free Commissioning Visit" thru TMTL shall be applicable only on PG Engine sold in Silent DG application for non-cellular segment
and effective from ESN - 5211..... onwards. For all the engines manufactured prior to this period and / or supplied to telecom segments, the existing system
shall be applicable.
2. For applicability of free commissioning visit , please refer to the " Offer for Labour free service visits" sheet.
