When the solids control equipment being used in drilling,the mud agitator is an often damaged
equipment. The main reason is high fluid density, high viscosity, low power mixer, resulting

Solids control equipment shale shaker sometimes fails to run the drilling fluid, mainly because of
the drilling fluid displacement is greater than the load of the shale shaker, drilling fluid viscosity is
too high, a fine mesh sieve cloth, fluids leak does not survive, or the drilling fluid mixed large
amounts of fiber material when leaking, it make influence of drilling fluid leak, it may be also
because screen cloth dont get cleaned when stopping the drilling rig recycling equipment , screen
cloth get blocked by the dried drilling fluid. And only we pay attention on this problems in a
timely manner in everyday use,these problems can not happen.
