Abstract
The purpose of this research were to study level of organizational commitment of military
officers in Engineer Department, Fort Bhanurangsi , Ratchaburi and this research was to study relationship
between the job factor and the organizational factor with organizational commitment of military officers in
Engineer Department, Fort Bhanurangsi, Ratchaburi. The samples of this research composed of 289

military officers. and using questionnaires with consists of 4 parts: the human factor,the job factor ,the
organizational factor and organizational commitment.The research findings indicated organizational
commitment of military officers in Engineer Department, Fort Bhanurangsi,Ratchaburi was high level. In
hypothesis found that age and rank of humanfactor : all variables of the job factor and the organizational
factor related with organizational commitment So It required the organization to maintain the level of
organizational commitment of military officers in order to remain military officers working with the
organization
