Preference, and Which Culture Fits You? These self-assessments are located in Week 1 of your course
shell. Read the scoring narrative provided at the end each self-assessment and record your score in the
appropriate area below. Then, read the interpretation narrative and write a brief interpretation of what your
score means.

Interpretation: This score is what I believe my management skills are at. Most people should not be at a
10 as that is a perfect score and everyone has room for improvement. This score is a self-described
profile of my management functions.

Interpretation: I believe that my scores mean that I am somewhat equal on both tendencies. I desire to
lead others and inspire them, but I also have to focus on the day to day activities as well to get the job
done.

Interpretation: This score can be from 0-12 with 12 being the highest. I scored in the middle meaning that
I use some of my intuitive skills to make decisions, but also that I look at facts and reality.

Interpretation: I could not find the assessment for this, just the video. I believe that I have the problemsolving tendency. I like to work with others and solve both problems or find a solution that will help solve
both problems. I believe that compromising causes issues because one party may be at a disadvantage.

Assessment: Time Management Profile

Interpretation: My score is in the middle so my time management skills could improve. I like to do things
on my own time as long as I get my work done.

Assessment: Organizational Design Preference


Score: __63___
Interpretation: This score means that I am more favorable to a mechanistic organization. More
organizations are more organic and leadership lines are somewhat blurred. I have not worked in an
environment like this, but I am not opposed to more organic organizations.

Assessment: Which Culture Fits You?

Interpretation: I want to work for a company that will have long term benefits and values its employees. I
want to foster a relationship with that company and my success depends on the success of the company.
