For the third consecutive quarter, the number of

closed sales in Brooklyn increased as high demand and
low inventory resulted in higher sales prices in many
neighborhoods, including yours. The market share of
sales in South Brooklyn had the biggest change from last
year growing 7% to comprise 26% of all sales within the
borough of Brooklyn (see the chart below). In comparison
to last quarter, weve seen a roughly 27% increase in the
median sales price of multi-residence homes specifically
within Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens & Cobble Hill.
