Dear Mr. Williams,
In response to several anonymous complaints to our office, a formal nuisance inspection was
conducted at the property at 440 Wildloon Lane, Marysville, OH. (Parcel# 370915514000) on
November 13, 2014. According to the Clinton County Auditor records, you are the current
owner of the property.
During the investigations performed by this office, the following was observed:
1. 17 dead and skinned raccoons hanging over the creek
2. Numerous syringes, spoons, and used baby diapers
3. 14 55-gallon barrels of weapons-grade plutonium
The conditions on the property are in violation of the Ohio Revised Code 3454.03 which states:
No person shall dispose of solid, hazardous, and/or infectious wastes by open burning
or open dumping.
The following conditions must be met to abate the nuisance that occurs on the property:

Remove and dispose all garbage and putrescible wastes on the property within 7 days.
Remove and dispose all solid, infectious, and radioactive waste within 30 days.
Keep all trash in proper garbage containers until legally disposed of
Provide proof (such as a receipt) to our office that all waste has been properly
disposed of.

In accordance with Clinton County Regional Planning Commission Resolution # 43-10, you
will be assessed a re-inspection fee if you fail to abate the nuisance that is occurring on your
property within 30 days. Our fee schedule is as follows:
First follow-up inspection
Second follow-up inspection
Third follow-up inspection and/or subsequent inspections

Please do not disregard these orders, as the fees can and will be assessed to your property
taxes.
A series of follow-up inspections will be conducted on or after December 18, 2014 to ensure the
above actions are completed.
