Dear Property Owner,

On June 22,20231 conducted an inspection of your property located at 1434 Tharp RD NW in Alexandria,
Ohio, Parcel Number 066-318024-00.000, in response to a complaint received by the Licking County
Health Department regarding the property.

As a result of my inspection, your property is hereby declared to be a public health nuisance, as defined in
Licking County Board of Health Regulation 94-1 Section 3.1. Upon my inspection our office observed
multiple steel beams and debris in a pit of water. Therefore, you are hereby ordered, pursuant to Licking
County Board of Health Regulation 94-1 Section 3.1, to abate the nuisance conditions, and dispose of any
solid waste at a properly licensed facility within ten (10) days of the date of this letter.

Failure to comply with this order will result in further enforcement action being initiated against you.
