Walking in charity

Philippians 3:16 “Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the
same rule, let us mind the same thing.”
An important thing – continue to do to the things He has brought into our life. This is
how we overcome sin. The righteousness He has brought in our life – walk in it. He
gives us charity – We need to walk in it. He is wise. It is amazing to see how people
will respond to charity. For us to receive love, we must give it (not just take).
Kindness, good will, action of kindness (not just feeling). The charity of the scriptures
does not depend on what others are like. It is to all. Love our enemies. Hard for the
flesh, but it is not hard in the Spirit.

Luke 6:27,28 “But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them
which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use
you.”
This is revolutionary to the world. We cannot cry “our rights” …

Romans 12:19-21 “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but [rather] give place
unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance [is] mine; I will repay, saith ha Adon.
Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing
thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil
with good.”
Look at the effect charity has on others. Charity melts people’s hearts. Hatred
breeds hatred. If you want to affect enemies, do good to them.

2 Corinthians 9:12-14 “For the administration of this service not only supplieth the
want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto Elohiym; Whiles
by the experiment of this ministration they glorify Elohiym for your professed
subjection unto the gospel of Mashiyach, and for [your] liberal distribution unto them,
and unto all [men]; And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the
exceeding grace of Elohiym in you.”
Not in word or tongue, but in deed. (“ My little children, let us not love in word,
neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.” 1 John 3:18) If we see our brother has
need, and have the wherewithal to meet it, and do not do it, how dwelleth the love of
Elohiym in us? (“But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need,
and shutteth up his bowels [of compassion] from him, how dwelleth the love of
Elohiym in him?” 1 John 3:17)

See the good things that happen because of charity. When doing it to others, it
encourages them to do it to someone else or back to you.

This comes from Elohiym. Need to walk in it, use it. If you don’t, it will be taken from
you.
