On Wednesday May 14th 2014, Im practice in Kuta Beach to application my study

English II such as make a report and video record to checking about blood pressure by
Guest on Kuta Beach.

At the time of the assessment, the patient said good and then I asked for
permission to do the checking blood pressure.

ACTION TAKEN FOR GUEST

1. Checking vital sign are blood pressure and the result 160/100 mmHg (a little

high blood pressure).

2. Given Health Education for smoking habits and alcohol habits. Advise for
guest not to consume alcohol.

CONCLUSION
The conclusion from the results of checking blood pressure I have a guest
named Mr. Mark Caible, he is 55 years, he is from Australia, which took place on
May 14th 2014 at 08.30 AM, its located in Kuta Beach. And than the results of a
guest blood pressure is 160/100 mmHg (a little high blood pressure). Guest have
experience hypertension he said that sometimes his blood pressure above 200 until
220 but he was ok. He said that he drank a lot in Bali because the weather is hot,
but in Australia he usually drinks on Friday and Saturday because he was very
busy with his job. On one moment I give Health Education for a Guest, his high
blood pressure caused by drink alcohol habit. So he must stop his bad habit. And
he said he will try, but it was little bit hard.
He came to Bali with his wife and daughter, this is about 9 or 10 times he
came to Bali. The first time he came to Bali was on 1978. He traveled with his
friends. He always come to Bali just for Surfing. He love surfing so much. Wen he
came to Bali in 1978 Bali still like a jungle there werent any building. The first
place had he visit was Uluwatu. He needed to throw the farm and down the hill,
after that walk 2 km to reach the beach for surfing. When he came to Bali in 1991
with her girlfriend, he came to Kuta Beach also for surfing. In 1991 Kuta Beach
was different place. There are only 2 ways to reach Kuta beach and kuta still like a
jungle. He had already travelled around Bali like in Tanah lot, Kintamani. He said
that bali is very hot. In Australia is about 13 0C in the morning and its sometimes
raining, in the middle day it is about 17 0C. he also love travelling. He went to
West Java and Sumatra only for surfing. He went to antartika with his wife. He
had three child, 2 sons and 1 daughter, first son is in Amerika. He have a job there,
second son is travelling with his friends to Canada, and his daughter followed
Mark to Bali. His daughter now working as a Manager in KFC Australia.
He said that he love Bali very much. He got enjoy if he was in Bali. Its
cheap to reach Bali. He only spent 100 dollars for the plane ticket. The food price
also cheap. Different with Australia, its expensive if I wanted to stay there. The
transportation in Australia was not crowded like in Bali. The tax if we had car was
so expensive. You have to spend 16 until 17 dollars to buy petrol. In Australia
there are some Nursing university. He said happy had talk with me.
