Environmental Requirements
Gov. Decision end 1996: dual purpose (economic
development and 750 ha nature)
EIA procedure: compensation of lost sea area with
sea reserve area.
Governement finalapproval in 2003, but rejection in
highest legal body (State Council).
Further EIA studies to refute objections,
approval mid-2006, poject delay of about 1 year.
