GOALS
Goals for IACURH 2009-2010
During NACURH 2009, the IACURH Executive Team sat down and created five overarching re-
gional goals for the 2009-2010 year. The purpose of these goals is to drive the projects of the IA-
CURH Executives as well as the Regional Board of Directors to create growth within the region. Fol-
lowing are a few of the goals set by the IACURH Executive Team:

- Provide conference hosts will the full support of the re-

gional board, ensure financial stability, and hold them
accountable to the high standards of our region.
- Provide resources to the region through current and fu-
ture technologies and explore new methods to deliver
that information.
- Enhance and restore current regional traditions as well
as implement new and exciting traditions
- Create a stronger unity and friendship between all
schools of the region through involvement between con-
ferences
• Assess the effectiveness of Regional Committees and, if

necessary, restructure said committees to better suit the

needs of IACURH of its constituencies
• “Zero-waste” boardroom

• Affiliate five new schools and retain all of the institu-

tions that currently belong to our region

• Implement creative ideas to encourage the use of the

NACURH/IACURH Forums
Regional
Committees
**IACURH Regional Committees have not been active since the Spring of
2009. The 2009-2010 IACURH Executive Team is currently working with
NCCs, RHA Presidents, and NRHH Presidents from across the region to
recreate each committee’s structure. During IACURH 2009, the RBD
evaluated the six current committees and constructed four new commit-
tees to replace them. Legislation is currently being written to change the
committee section of the IACURH Policy book. It is our goal that this legis-
lation will be passed at No-Frills 2010 and that the new committees will bet-
ter serve our region and its constituencies.
