Critters for the Cure is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit that provides financial assistance to those fighting womens
cancer, and encourages recovery through the love of critters. The Critters Patient Treatment Assistant
Fund (CPTAF) allows CFTC to assist DC area women who are uninsured, underinsured, or not covered
by state and federal programs receive the treatment they need to survive. CFTC differentiates itself by
providing the most direct and fastest support of any womens cancer non-profit, including national
organizations. Almost 90% of every dollar raised at the Gala will go directly to local women in need –
whether is used to shop for groceries, fill a prescription, purchase wigs and prosthetics, or take a dog to
the vet.

This event will take place at 5300 Western Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD 20815, from 7-9pm. Committee
members and sponsors will be joined by members of the political, professional, medical, and philanthropic
communities to help fight the ongoing battle against womens cancer. More information can be found and
