Wales & Gloucestershire based at the South Wales Argus, Newport.

Opportunity for a General Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator working as

part of the Voice magazine team.
The role will involve processing Voice advertisement bookings and delivering
excellent customer service over the telephone, along with a number of other
office-based duties.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
The successful applicant will be a confident, effective verbal and written
communicator and will have excellent organisational and IT skills and
experience of using Microsoft Office, as well as some knowledge of social
media platforms.
You will have a keen eye for detail and work to specific/strict deadlines.
The persistence to see a job through to conclusion is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the team behind east Wales
favourite magazine.

The Successful applicant should be able to work under pressure towards

monthly targets and strict deadlines.
Manage a team of Administrators.
Deal with customer queries and be able to follow them
through to completion.
Communicating with customers and Sales Managers in writing, by telephone
and sometimes face to face.
Must be computer literate.
Previous supervisory experience essential.
