Design and Construct Barge Ramp

Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of all plant/equipment/
labour required for the performance of all operations necessary to design
and construct three (3) ramp toe planks at Russell Island, Redland City.
Work includes but not limited to:
Design and RPEQ Certification with Form 15;
Construction of all works in accordance with Contractors final
drawings (after Council approval received); and
Provision of final RPEQ certified As Constructed drawings and
Form 16.

 ouncil will not accept a part offer or joint offer for this project.
Arrangements between head contractor and subcontractors are
acceptable.

 ardcopy of tender documents will incur a fee.
Tender Closes at 2.00pm on Thursday 8 May 2014.

Tenders marked with the appropriate Tender Reference Number and
Title must be lodged in the tender box located in the Redland City
Council Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Administration Building,
Corner Bloomfield and Middle Streets, Cleveland or posted to reach the
Council tender box at or before the closing time.
Tenders will be opened privately in the presence of the Councils
authorised representatives. Tenderers will not be permitted to be present
at the opening of Tenders.
Pursuant to section 228 in Part 3 (Default contracting procedures) of
the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2012,
before making a decision on the Tenders, the Redland City Council may
invite all the persons who have submitted a tender to change their tender
to take account of a change in the tender specifications.
