1. How would you describe yourself?
Answer:-Im adaptable and flexible in any locations. There is a reason behind it, I started working
after my Higher secondary schools from there I became independent. This enables me to go
further ahead.
2. How would you describe your ideal job?
Answer:-Learnings, fun loving environment and growth of an employee.
3. Why did you choose this career?
Answer:-After my Higher secondary schools, I worked in McDonalds as a ground staff and aware
about Hospitality Industry.
4. What motivates you to do a good job?
Answer:-My Strength enables me to do Jobs in excel. I always believe that every day is a learning
day. Im going to complete my masters in finance since further I would like to study further.
5. What goals do you have in your career?
Answer:-To be an economist.
6. How do you plan to achieve these goals?
Answer:-I have done with the basic modules of economics and updated with the current scenario
in the country through reading and watching news.
7. What do you know about our company (GHB)?
Answer:-The Grand Hotel Brighton, is one of the historic hotel in United Kingdom. There are
numerous positive Views and comments of visitors. In the Month of November GHB was put on sale
by the De Vere Group by undisclosed amount.
8. What exactly do you look for in a job?
Answer:- I am looking for Associate account officer and customer relation officer.
9. What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in your life?

Answer:-The Unity of mine with my family members as well as friends and my colleagues.

Answer:-Customer care, call center and sales.

Answer:-Going out of ones way and too helpful for the teammates.

Answer:-From 2500 Euro to 3000 Euro.
13. What do you believe is the most difficult part of being a supervisor of people?
Answer:-For First time everything is difficult, but when we start taking interest then it becomes
more interesting. Supervisor is the middle person between managers and staffs. He has to be
wiser with staffs as well as Mangers; its a skill which a supervisor inculcates in span of time.
14. Can you work well under deadlines or pressure?
Answer:-Yes. I have worked in such situation as well.
15. Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a deadline. What were the repercussions?
Answer:-In the Month of October 2014, we team member failed to meet the sales deadline. Due to
old tools and equipments.
16. Give me an example of any major problem you faced and how you solved it
Answer:-In McDonalds, in the year 2011 when I was at takeaway Counter I wrongly delivered a
non-vegetarian Burger to a Pure vegetarian Guest. The guest started Yelling On me in that time
my senior manager Mr Javed Khan helped me start to end. We compensate by the giving 25
premium Vegetarian burgers to the street person.
