Heavenly father and beloved Jesus Christ, thank you for another life to
enjoy, another day to learn, and a new set of things to experience. As we go
through our lesson today, may let us be your instrument to do good things
and share our knowledge to one another. Please bless us all—our teachers,

WHAT IS
COMMUNICATION?
Communication is the act of transferring information from
one place, person or group to another. It’s the process of
sending and receiving messages through verbal or
nonverbal means.

COMMUNICATION is from the Latin term


“Communicare” which means “to share” or “to make common” to
(Weekley, E., 1967).
