About Us
We are devilishly different in everything we
do. Our gourmet fudge and other products
are unlike anything you will have tried before.
Even those who dont like fudge love our
products. Each piece of our fudge is lovingly
made and decorated by hand using all natural
ingredients, and the majority are gluten free.
This is why it is of unsurpassable quality in
both texture and taste right down to the last
little miniature.
Product quality and differentiation are at
the core of what we do. Over the past three
years, we have undertaken extensive research
and development to bring new and exciting
products to the wholesale market.
With an established demand and over 30
years of success retailing in our own shops,
we know that your customers will love our
products too. We hold several Great Taste
Awards and are current holders of the Ambient
Manufacturer of the Year in the Manufacturing
Excellence Awards.
We have produced thousands of batches and
hundreds of flavours, most retailed from our
own stores so we know a thing or 30 about
producing and retailing fudge!

As retailers, we have learned how to put

customer service first, so we love to support
you with product for samples and, where
possible, to send our Fudge Ambassadors
to your stores for demonstrations and staff
training.
As artisan producers, we are able to create
new flavours and adapt recipes if you
have particular requirements, without the
commitment to huge minimum orders.
The 2015 range we present to you here is both
mouth-wateringly delicious and beautifully
packaged. It sits very comfortably next to
even the highest-end chocolate brands.
Much consideration has been given to how the
products will merchandise both as individual
items or as a holistic range.

Handmade Gourmet Fudge

The Devils in the Difference
Fudge has been a favourite British
confectionery for decades. Although ours
is made with the usual delicious fudge
ingredients including butter and cream, this
fudge is anything but ordinary. Devilishly
different in both taste and appearance, every
flavour is made in small batches with natural
ingredients and no preservatives, by an expert
Fudge Maker who has lovingly decorated each
piece by hand.
Our fudges are then individually hand cut and
packaged into luxurious high-quality boxes
which sit perfectly amongst the most premium
chocolate brands. With a variety of price
points, formats and sizes, our products are
ideal to be sold as both single product lines or
entire ranges; the dark foiled packaging and
splashes of bright colour creating a stunning
display when merchandised.

Stand back for The Delectables, launching with an initial trio of classic confectionary, which, in the Fudge
Kitchen tradition, has been All-Grown-Up - as Peanut Brittle, Fruit Caramels and Pecan Turtles get
gourmet-ed.
Each is still hand made and hand decorated in small batches by our artisan staff, using only the finest,
all natural, gluten free ingredients and all are characteristically beautifully packaged. They make the
perfect gift for a host, a coffee morning contribution or, as a deceptively affordable luxury in a growing
self-gifting market, for a much deserving You!
The Delectables are a master-class in flavour and texture combining, tirelessly tested in our gastro-lab to
the point of confectionary nirvana. A point that brings all five senses into play in one generous bite.
Were talking meticulously metered mouthfuls, from the sweet snap of our Peanut Brittles glassy caramel,
countered by the salty crunch of whole peanuts, to the rich, creamy caramel of our Fruit Caramels,
balanced by tangy, vivid fruit berries and intense dark chocolate.
Just as we did with our fudge, our Pecan Turtles take an American classic to its zenith, here marrying

Drinking Fudge Impulse
