Sealed item rate tenders are invited by Sr. Mgr. (Horti.) NR, AAI, RHQ, room No. D3-19, 3rd Floor,
Operational Offices, Rangpuri, New Delhi - 110037 on behalf of Chairman, AAI, from the enlisted contractors of
Specialized agencies/ Nurseryman who has executed similar nature of job for the following work:-

Tenders will be issued on 14.03.2014 up to 1700 hrs and received till 28.03.2014 up to 1500 hrs. and shall
be opened on the same day at 15:30 hrs. Scope of work mainly includes Procurement of Indoor Plant
Tender forms will be issued to those Contractors who produce certificate from the clients of having
satisfactorily completed (Phase/Part completion of work in a contract shall not be considered) at least
three works each of ` 2,08,320 /- or two works each of ` 2,60,400/- or one work of ` 4,16,640/- of similar nature of
works during the last seven years ending on 31.01.2014 (firms showing work experience certificate from Non
Govt./Non PSU organization should submit Text deduction at sources certificate in support of their claim for
having experience of stipulated value of works) & produce proof of annualized average financial turnover of
` 1,56,240/- against work executed during the last three years ending of previous financial year.
Consortium/Joint Venture Companies shall not be permitted.
Application for issue of tender forms shall be submitted up to 10.03.2014 on all working days up to 17:00
hrs along with tender fee of Rs. 568/- (Rs.500/- + VAT @13.5%) [Rs. Five Hundred Sixty Eight Only] in the form
of Demand Draft (non-refundable) of Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in favour of Airports Authority of India
payable at New Delhi . The application shall be supported with self-attested copies of Valid, Permanent Account
Number (PAN), and client certificate for experience indicating date of completion as per agreement and actual
date of completion of work. The financial turnover should be supported with annual report (abridge balance
sheet and profit & loss account) shall be submitted required data as detailed in the annexure-I for the work
along with the application.
Tenderer willing to receive tender documents by post should enclose a self addressed envelope having
postage stamp worth Rs.200/- pasted on it along with the application. AAI shall not be responsible for any
postal delay in anyway.
Purchase preference to Central Public Sector Undertaking shall be applicable as per the directives of
Govt. of India prevalent on the date of acceptance.
If at any stage, any information/document submitted by the applicant is found to be false, the agency
shall be liable for debarment from tendering in AAI, apart from any other appropriate legal action.
AAI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. AAI
reserves the right to disallow issue of tender document to working agencies whose performance at ongoing
project (s) below par and unusually poor.
The application shall be accompanied with Annexure-A (check list) the same must be properly filled &
duly signed with stamp. Without check list applications will not be accepted / considered for scrutiny. The
checklist can be downloaded from AAI website i.e. www.airportsindia.org.in/ www.aai.aero/tender/tender
search/ download.
