    Since 1962 the Lions Clubs have proudly provided thousands of exchange opportunities
    for youths in over 100 cities worldwide each year. We are organizing a competitionto
    qualify youths to represent Hong Kongtoparticipateinthismeaningfulactivityoverseas
    in 2015. Qualified students will be endorsed, with the Top 10given FullScholarshipsto
    participate in Overseas Exchanges.In2014wesponsoredmorethan50studentstoyouth
    exchangecampsin15countriesacross4continents.

    You are cordially invited to encourage students from Secondary 4to6, particularlythose
    who are members of The Hong Kong Award forYoungPeople(AYP)orMingPaoSchool
    Reporters or Student Environmental Protection Ambassadors to participate in the
    competition. It requires each student an essay of no more than 1,000 English wordsand
    attend an interview. It will enhance their awareness on global issues, broaden their
    horizons, polish their English and research skills. AYP members participation in a Lions
    overseas exchange can also help them fulfill therequirementin theGoldLevelResidential
    ProjectSection.

    We enclose for your information and dissemination to your students (1) a Poster, (2) a
    FactSheet,and(3)aRegistrationForm.
