This book was presented as evidence in the HIGH COURT
of AUCKLAND. In Courtroom 13, High Court Justice Stevens
sealed it at 3.45 pm on Monday 20 April 2009 so that No
part of this book is allowed to be read by any member of the
judiciary unless they have the written permission of THE
NEW ZEALAND POLICE and the Auckland City Council
lawyers present, to be heard in front of a High Court judge,
and then maybe the Court of Appeal.
On 11 September 2009, District Court Judge Joyce then
permanently sealed the Statement of Claims, Affidavits,
Discovery, Memorandums and Interlocutory Application,
as well as New Zealand A Blackmailers Guide, How to
Take Over the World, Stalins British Training, and Gifting
the United Nations to Stalin.

However the contents have not been given a secrecy order

from the public . . . so be my guest and be well informed.

The mafia in New Zealand is the Judiciary and the Police.
The judiciary protects the mafia as the mafia has their sexual secrets.
The judiciary wont stop protecting the mafia until another mafia comes along,
gains the secrets on the judiciary, and pushes the previous mafia out.
The judiciary has so many sexual, drug, and murder related secrets, that one mafia
has pushed out the other partially so many times that the judiciary now serves
many different mafias each one making the judiciary less and less of a justice system
and more and more of a Just-Us Dept. and the police more and more of a gang.
The role of the judiciary is to steal peoples futures.
The New Zealand Judiciary in particular, cant even settle a debt.
The New Zealand Judiciary is still serving the Mr Asia heroin trafficking syndicate.
They are also the lawyers for the Melbourne Mafia in Auckland, and some of the Yakuza.
In turn, the lawyer for the Mr Asia Mafia, also serves the Northland Meth Mafia and the
West Auckland Meth Mafia who contract out their cooking and sell it through their
Trust, while those closely associated run anti-meth TV programmes on their competition
cooks and importers.
Judges have a tendency towards paedophilia and mental illness. This is so prevalent,
special police units travel around to their houses, break in, and steal all the child porn
material videos, internet connections, web history, images, and downloaded videos,
then leave. Reports are minimal. The judges are speechless, but tend to then find in
favour of the police. Several Judges spring to mind . . .
Judge Gittos is a police stitch-up judge.
Judge Hole protects child sex abusers.
Judge Perkins protects the Mr Asia heroin trafficking mafia.
When the Chief Justice was exposed as a murderess,
High Court Judge Stevens had no contest Shes not my boss.
Judge Joyce then sealed these documents.
The United Nations has no intention of capturing any leading war criminals. The trials
are too expensive and the information too embarrasing. No one goes to war alone,
and there are connections all over the place. When these do make it to trial, usually
after decades of delay, a special UN team assists in faking the defendants deaths,
then theyre usually given plastic surgery and protective exil to live in the country of
their war ally with their already exiled relatives.
Almost all countrys leaders are now double agents. There are few exceptions. This
would explain why life doesnt improve that much. They operate as Pirate Captains and
do their best to steal from that country as much as they can, for as long as they can,
without being noticed. This has been the history of politics for the last hundred years.
The most corrupt of these Pirate Captains then gets a job in an international organisation,
where they can prevent and deter anyone looking into their thefts.

My own strange and diverse training has led me into concepts and knowledge that most people
barely ponder, so some small parts of this book read like a Jungian Dream. Probably one of the
strangest things I ever did was write down the nickname of a World War Two player in a Boston
war library visitors book under search. Two days later I had all these Ivy League CIA contacts
whos speciality was reincarnation. So, twenty-two years later, Ive included the front pages of
the CIA Reincarnation Play. Hard to believe but still very Jungian.
Some stories take forever to write, and never seem to end. Others are told to me straight up and
completed with a background check. Unique stories that have never been told before emerge
out of background checks. The conception and birth of Bill Clinton is one of these stories. Those
U.S. Presidents never seem to have parents that lie straight in bed.
I remember back in 2002, lying in bed inventing a technique to get past Bill Clintons Presidential
entourage of 1200, at least 100 of which were Secret Service agents. He was giving a speech
at the Auckland Hilton and the tickets were beyond my reach $20,000 for a table for six so I
got suited up and tried the technique 18 hours later. It seemed to work and the last of the Secret
Service actually invited me inside. Ten minutes later, I had Bills New Zealand Intinerary, and two
weeks after that, it was written up in the papers. This was then repeated seven years later by
Tareq and Michaele Salahi in late November 2009, although they now claim they were invited.
So I guess that just leaves me.
Two months later I was adopted into the fringes of the Security Intelligence Service and the
Mafia at the same time and became their unofficial historian. By unofficial, I mean, deny,
deny, deny. By official, I mean I was heavily briefed up to six times a week. I was their sponge
and did trades over property, cars, and paintings. What they didnt tell me wasnt really worth
saying, and it was 4 years before the stories started repeating.
Sometimes small moves lead to big stories and I never really believed Clintons bedtime story.
I spent months writing about the strange war in Yugoslavia, then I found Randoph Churchill
worked there with Tito while his father Winston was shagging his wife at 10 Downing Street,
and she in-turn, was running a brothel called The Churchill Club, where she also worked.
Just before the morals of war returned, Winston shagged Pamela, and Stalins replacement
brought the baby to America where the Rothschild Prince was kept under the watchful eye of the
Rockefellers, Fulbright, Nixon, and Harriman.
In some ways, no stranger bedtime story has been told, except perhaps the birth of Barack
Obama in Kansas.
Foreigners, tourists, and those with any opinion on New Zealand should be aware that New
Zealand is a paedophile movement fronting as a country where the judges and lawyers are
also involved in murder, drug trafficking, and protecting all forms of mafia. What do you expect?
There has been no revolution to change New Zealand, and it is still run as a British Empire
colony which were run on Paedophilia and Drug Trafficking.
There is a pyramid scheme on how things are really done MPAD Money, Paedophilia, Arms
& Drugs. If you are at the top of any one of these, you are some form of mafia. If you expose
anyone of these, then dont expect justice in the judiciary.
Lastly, Id like to have a skite. I got off two traffic tickets by exposing the Mayor of Auckland as a
paedophile, cross-dresser, drug trafficker, wife beater, and CIA asset. Still, Auckland is in danger
of a CIA takeover and thefts amounting to one hundred million dollars.
Everyone is catching up. All of this is now like a walk in the park.

But thats the way Paris was taken over.
So keep your wits about you and enjoy all the advanced knowledge you can!

Archie Banks and Gus Parsons

The father of the Minister of Police and Mayor of Auckland John Banks was the multiple
convicted felon Archie Banks.
Archie Banks was a career criminal who worked hand in glove with Gus Parsons all their
lives. They were a successful crime team because Gus Parsons was the longest serving
policemans narc in New Zealands history, and he narced on everyone else.
In the 1970s and 80s, August Gus Parsons had Pandoras Box, a massage parlour
in the Richmond Road shops. Gus was also a taxi driver for Co-op Taxis New Zealands
largest and longest running not without police support. Gus drove a cab, and picked up all
the gossip, and sometimes delivered people to his brothel, or the crime, then picked them
up. Whenever he got a complaint for bad behaviour with his passengers, it was simply swept
under the carpet. Gus Parsons was still rooting boys until he was in his 80s.
Archie Banks was a Fence. The Fence pays the criminals cash up front and then sells
the goods on. Contract thieves steal and sell it on bulk, often to order, and John Banks father,
Archie Banks, was a fence who sold and distributed these stolen goods. Archie Banks was
eventually convicted of being a getaway driver in a bank robbery.
John Banks (b. 1946) traded his first suit for a set of stolen golf clubs that his father was
fencing for. The golf clubs were left in the boot of the suit salesmans car.
Despite the suit and the golf clubs, Archie and his son John shared a lot together
mainly sodomy.
After spending his childhood in foster care (with a >50% chance of child sex abuse),
John Banks was reunited with his parents at 15, and a victim of incestuous homosexual child
sex abuse thereafter. His alcoholic mother drank, licked the labels off wine bottles, and when
that distraction peeled off, she looked on. She was such a soak, she didnt actually know
what she was looking at.
While John Banks was still at school, Archie Banks and his common law wife were
sentenced and disappeared out of circulation for a couple of years, so schoolboy John took
on Archies role doing the bottle run. John Banks drove around in a Morris 8 towing a trailer
at 3 am and picked up the empties from the sly grog joints and brothels. These were still
going in the 1980s, although in a modified form from garages and spare rooms.
John Banks, the CIA, and all forms of entertainment
John Banks used to play rugby league at Mt Roskill and Mt Albert as a teenager and up to
his early 20s. He played wing and was quite fast. He was flamboyant and a snappy dresser,
even in his youth. He stood out. Thats why everyone remembered him, and thats why the
CIA took notice.
CIA: Here was a 55 peacock who flapped his beak before thinking, with a family
background in crime. If we can put words in his mouth, we have ourselves a
propagandist. So thats what we did.
John Banks was also a big drug dealer from the early 1960s.
All the entertainment promoters were dealing drugs all sorts marijuana and anything
else they could get their hands on. The big deals, most of them, were done on the Akarana
Golf Club course at the back of Mt Roskill (1388 Dominion Rd). Noddy Chisholm was the
caddy for music promoter Hugh Hughy Lynn who had Gobbles (Disco) nightclub on Queen
Street, just across the road from the Civic Theatre.

But by the end of the decade [1980s], Lynns 20 years of drug-fuelled, obsessive energy
seemed to falter and Lynn seemed resigned to the collapse of his entertainment empire.13

Hughy Lynns mother ran a dance studio in Dominion Road for fifty years. She was
one of the originals who danced with Freda Stark (March 191099). Freda Stark danced
stark naked and was noted for her painted naked as a jay bird body in the Wintergarden
cabaret and nightclub at the bottom of the Civic Theatre during WWII. She was a favourite
of American troops who referred to her as the Fever of the Fleet without them realising she
was a very active lesbian who, after WWII, married a gay man in London, then became a
secretary at Auckland University from 1970.
Ever since, the Auckland University has had a tradition of employing lesbians in gay
cover marriages and gives elite support and higher grades to same-sex lovers. Auckland
University was renamed the University of Auckland to celebrate its complete takeover by
the CIA. The Chancellor was then replaced by the bisexual child sex abuser Hugh Fletcher
(18 October 2004), married to the sex addict Chief Justice.
All you have to do to have sex with the Chief Justice is to become her chauffeur. After
that, shell get you a job at the University of Auckland, where youll report directly to the CIA
the highest ranking of the University of Auckland administration.
Spymaster: Hughie Lynns mother had a hand in killing Freda Stark. She was the chief
prosecution witness. In my experience, if the chief prosecution witness is a female in a
murder trial, shes usually the killer. This stops the female getting charged with murder and
allows New Zealand to continue being run by murderous females.
Mr Banks has worked in market research and sales for two international pharmaceutical
companies, and has been Operations and Development Director in a group of licensed
Auckland restaurants.14
John Banks had shares in Tonys Restaurant chain. Establish in 1963, Tonys Restaurant
chain had a monopoly on Auckland Restaurants until the mid-1970s. The CIA that backed
Tonys ensured that no one else got a license. Tonys served steak and spaghetti, two meals,
in an atmosphere reminiscent of an old English pub, cosy and inviting [tired and styleless].
The only things that change over the years are the carpet and the staff! [by 2008 Tonys
added seafood.] Tonys Wellesley Street restaurant is Aucklands oldest surviving restaurant
[19632009].15
The CIA backed drug dealers and child sex abusers into the restaurant monopoly of
Auckland (196374). Tony White was a known dope dealer.
Internal Affairs Agent: In 1994 a group of four homosexuals, some of them transvestites
were hanging around in a ring at the back of the mens toilets in the Wellesley Street Tonys.
It was so bad, one of the patrons complained to the police. They didnt want to know and
referred the complainant to an undercover, who then told me.

John Banks worked closely with the nightclub owner, music promoter and later, Auckland
City Councillor, Deputy Mayor and Acting Mayor, Phil Warren, who would buy vanloads of
dope from up north.

Bernard Bernie Lawrence Madoff (29 April 1938) worked as a lifeguard and sprinkler
installer, had US$5,000 to spare, and became a penny stock trader, then founded Bernard
L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (BLMIS) in 1960 and became one of the pioneers
of modern Wall Street. He was an investment adviser, one of five broker-dealers involved
in developing NASDAQ, then became its non-executive chairman, with Madoff Securities
becoming the largest market maker at NASDAQ.
Madoff bypassed specialist firms by executing retail broker orders directly over-thecounter becoming a third-market provider. He also offered investment management advice
essentially give me money, dont give it to others, do you like my suit, my view, my silence.
In this way, BLMIS reduced the number of intermediaries, suspicions, checks and balances,
and became the sixth-largest firm on Wall Street in 2008.
Madoff also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors
and on the Board of Governors of the National Association of
Securities Dealers (NASD), a self-regulatory securities industry
organization, which was a total failure which ever way you look
at it. It was a complicit handshake for higher crimes. The more
money they took, the higher they rose.
The BLMIS investment management and advisory division
was the focus of the fraud investigation. Bernie Madoff then
admitted to operating one of the largest Ponzi schemes in history.
It was a case of Jews, Jews and more Jews, so they were all
Jewish. Bernie Madoff took in US$65 billion (US$65,000 million)
of other peoples money, and stole, spent, or lost US$18 billion
over three decades. All branches of his firm are now considered
part of his Ponzi scheme fraud.
A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to investors from
their own money and from subsequent investors, providing unrealistically high short-term
returns lasting as long as the new investors (suckers) keep coming on board.
It usually involves selling unregistered securities, but if you are the chairman of NASDAQ
you can get away with it until the next Credit Crunch when the Jack and Jill tumble
begins and virtually all Ponzi schemes expose themselves within months like Miamis
Andres Pimsteins US$39 million (2005April 2008), the Italian mobs US$400 million, and
Nicholas Cosmos US$400 million (26 January 2009) using his Agape World Inc., also in
New York, albeit Long Island.
The European King Movement in Europe in the early 1990s was a Ponzi scheme that
paid 20% per month, went up to 40%, then collapsed. The guy who ran it had his press claim
that he had suicided, then disappeared, then murdered. So he was hard to find. Dead for six
years, he was no longer culpable so free and rich by 1999.
Bernie Madoffs Early Years
Madoff was born in the New York City borough of Queens and raised Jewish. His father,
Ralph, was a plumber, then a stockbroker. The two seem to go hand-in-hand. Bernie
graduated from Hofstra College in 1960 with a degree in political science, then went to
Brooklyn Law School, but dropped out.

Those half-arsed law students are dangerous, and the political scientists always miss
the point. They usually fail to write about who shagged who and instead talk about ideology.
When a war or a theft is in progress, ideologies count for shit. Ideology is something you sell
the masses so they will fight and die for free, while the rulers are fighting over their historical
bedroom rights.
Bernie (21) married (1959) his high school sweetheart, Ruth Alpern, who graduated
from Queens College and worked in the stock market in Manhattan, then worked in her
husbands firm, as did many other family members.
Ruths father, Saul Alpern was an accountant who referred a circle of friends and their
families to BLMIS. Brother Peter Madoff was Senior Managing Director and Chief Compliance
Officer (schiester). His daughter, Shana, was the compliance attorney (schiesteress). Madoffs
sons, Mark and Andrew, worked in the trading section (bullshiters at a piggy bank), along
with Charles Weiner, Madoffs nephew. So it was a family operation and a financial mafia.
What they achieved was the goal all along, as was the timing.
Madoffs Charity
Ruth Madoff then founded the Madoff Charitable Foundation which was the cover a front
to delay all the other crimes with $19 million to be spent at Bernie and Ruths discresion.
Becoming prominent philanthropist, they served on many boards for non-profit institutions,
who then entrusted Bernie with their endowments. This was an extension of Saul Alperns
family and friends, which bought Bernie more money and more time from more suckers who
want to trust . . . Bernie Madoff was a confidence trickster committing affinity fraud.
Bernie was Chairman of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees at
the private Jewish Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business in New York (who ended
up $110 million down); on the Board of New York City Center Cultural Institutions Group
(CIG); and the executive council of the Wall Street division of UJA Foundation of New York.
To pull the heart strings, they did charity work for the Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation,
hospitals, and for gay cover they donated money to theatres.
When his son Andrew got lymphoma, Bernie donated $6 million to research, so its a
good idea to over diagnose the sons of rich people.
Bernie and Ruth then bought silence by donating $200,000 to the Democratic Party
(which they returned) and $30,000 to the Republican Party (which they did not return).
Many Jewish organisations and institutions had money, so they invested. Many of
these ended up with more money than they put in, but these organisations still considered
themselves targets like the Womens Zionist Organization of America (Hadassah, up
$110 milllion), Steven Spielbergs Wunderkinder Foundation, Jewish federations and Jewish
hospitals. Banks outside the U.S. have also admitted theyve lost billions . . . as has the CIA.
As a result the JEHT Foundation and the Picower Foundation were forced to close, as
was the Robert I. Lappin Charitable Foundation, who had invested all their $8 million with
BLMIS Madoff Securities. Tax Shelter lawyer and accountant, Jeffry Picower, actually
made $7 billion off Madoff (39 % of the missing money and 30 times that of Madoff). He was
due to face criminal charges as Madoffs partner-in-crime, but drowned in his Palm Beach
Florida pool on 24 October 2009. The Fire Department confirmed his death.
The Hadassah Womens Zionist Organization of America claimed they lost money,
but really they made $50 million over ten years (20 % per annum) and took out a $50 million
bonus right at the end, with inside knowledge gained by bedding Madoff (up $100 million).
Spymaster: The Israelis have to have a charity that benefits from everything. To Israelis, a

charity is like anybody elses hole in the bottom of the garden a Jewish criminal cannot live
without one, and many have more than one, some bigger than others.
No one is more intent on vengeance than an Israeli woman that gets caught up as a
patron of one of these crooked charities. The days of Israeli women quietly accepting that
these things are there to preserve Israel are over.
The saying that All the evil in the world stems from Jewish mothers is absolutely true.
If you go back into Israels murky past, you find that terrible massacres like Deir Yassin
actually stem from this sort of evil. Deir Yassin (9 April 1948) was headed by Menachem
Begin who then became Israels Prime Minister (197783).
When the British went to intercept the retreating Israeli commandos, they found that
their ammunition had been sent to three different countries and their Spitfires were in Egypt,
so the British had no teeth to strike out. This coincidence is put down to having Jews in the
chain of command of the British RAF.
It was not a coincidence, and Churchill was part of the chain of sabotage command.
His mother was Jewish.
Israel loves its killers, financial or physcial.

Failed Investigations all in the family

The Madoff family had long-standing high-level ties to the primary securities industry
organization. Bernie sat on the Board of Directors of the SIA, which merged with the Bond
Market Association in 2006 to form the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association
(SIFMA), with Bernie Madoff being a major player in all these changes and sitting on top of
the change heap, directing the money traffic with his new technology to Israels Buffer Zone
Heaven (IBZH) so it was all a Jewish Casino.
As long as you can keep people changing their allegiance and identity to something they
consider bigger and better, faster and more modern, the less likely you are to be discovered,
as these busy high-flyers are also linked into covering up for what has progressively become
their identity. Hence Yuppie and Lombard Lots Of Money But A Real Dick.
Though these changes, Bernie and his Madoff family (Madoff Financial Mafia/ MFM) gained
access to Washingtons lawmakers and regulators as a financial mafia unto themselves.
Those who investigated merely became additions to their staff or their family.
Brother Peter Madoff was on the SIFMA Board of Directors for two terms (200008)
leading up to the Ponzi scheme crash. During that time, Bernie and Peter bribed SIFMA
using only $56,000, plus they paid for the SIFMA meetings, which meant they were giant
piss-ups with strippers and party tape where any serious talk was compromised with suits
dancing around with their pants down . . . so about $30,000 per annum . . . or $600 per week
to bribe the SIFMA Board of Directors, plus one marriage.
All the while, Shana Madoff (Bernies niece) was active on the Executive Committee
of SIFMAs Compliance & Legal Division, ensuring that they also attended the party or had
distractions of their own. So any sexual interest and drug of choice was provided. This
included marrying the boss of the investigators . . . That is so Jewish.
In 2004, lawyer Genevievette Walker-Lightfoot (SECs Office of Compliance Inspections
and Examinations) informed her supervisor Mark Donohue (Branch Chief) of inconsistencies
in Madoffs mutual funds. However, due to agency pressure, she was forced to close her
investigation. Mark Donohues boss, Eric Swanson (Dept. Assistant Director) then married
Shana Madoff as soon as the investigation was squashed. So rather than investigate the
rort, he married into it.
That was the agency pressure a Jewish financial mafia fanny.

Just before sentencing, Bernie Madoff told the SEC Inspector General that the
investigators were bumbling and never asked the right questions. The only thing they did
right was wear trenchcoats and look obvious. In 2003, they never even looked at his stock
records. Nor did they check with the Depository Trust Company that centralises security
deposits. This was the first place you look for a Ponzi scheme, so the SEC investigators
were in on the Madoff Financial Mafia payroll.
Then on 17 June 2009, Madoff cited SEC Chairman Mary Schapiro as a dear friend
and SEC Commissioner Elisse Walter as a terrific lady. So it was more Jews in on the
money and denying any responsiblity, while sharing in the profits, either in cash, portfolio, or
promotion which is pretty much what Jews do: Its the money or the job.
From 1992, SEC botched six investigations into Madoff. This was done through neglecting
allegations of whistle-blowers and financial experts, not looking at stock records, not checking
with the Depository Trust Company, incompetent staff work, identifying with the trenchcoats
and not the information, the Madoff family marrying the boss of the investigation and sharing
the rort with him, and SEC Chairman Mary Schapiro being a dear friend maintained in her
position for the duration of the Israeli-run con that taxed America . . . and the CIA out of its
Antarctica development money.
In 1999, financial analyst Harry Markopolos informed SEC that it was legally and
mathematically impossible to achieve the gains Madoff claimed to deliver. The Boston SEC
then ignored him in 2000 and 2001, as did the New York SEC in 2005 and 2007.
Others then pointed out that the growing volume of Madoff accounts could not be
competently and legitimately serviced by his accounting auditing firm of only three people,
only one of whom was actually doing any accounting work. Heres how badly it worked:
Brother Peter Madoff deposited $32,146 into his Madoff accounts, then withdrew $16 million.
Son Andrew Madoff deposited $1 million into his Madoff accounts, then withdrew $17 million.
Son Mark Madoff deposited $745,482, then withdrew $18.1 million.
These were family frauds of $50 million in just three deals, plus Mark Madoff owed his
parents $22 million, and Andrew $9.5 million for their Manhattan apartments and Greenwich,
Connecticut homes . . . so $81.5 million in five deals.
Lover Sheryl Weinstein was a chief financial officer of Hadassah (Womens Zionist
Organization of America Inc.) who had an affair with Bernie Madoff around 1988. As of
1997, Hadassah/ Zionist Women had invested $40 million, yet by December 2008 they had
withdrawn $140 million, from an account valued at $90 million . . . so another $100 million
fraud to the benefit of Zionist women who still complained . . . so $181.5 million in six piggy
bank deals.
The US$65 billion handled by one backroom accountant turned $32,146 into $16 million;
$1 million into $17 million; $745,482 into $18.1 million, and $40 million in 1997 into $90
million in 2008 (20% p.a.), which magically became $140 million overnight . . . and a total
loss of US$18 billion.
So it was an in-house family fraud Jewish, and who was rooting who. The brothers
were not so blind that they could not see, its just that they all knew the way out was the
ageing Bernie Madoff (70) who, within nine months of prison would fall out of his bunk and
spend his time in hospital, rather than prison.
On 3 November 2009, Madoffs accounting front man, David Friehling, pleaded guilty to
securities fraud, investment adviser fraud, making false filings to the Securities and Exchange
Commission, and obstructing the IRS.
 This was then undone within 5 months. SEC Inspector General David Kotz, 30 October 2009: I did not find
any corroboration or evidence to support Madoffs claim of a close relationship with Mary Schapiro.

Robert M. Stockmann to Greg Hallett et al, 22 April 2009: On April 20, 2009 CNN issued a
special report Judge blocks Madoff bankruptcy stating A federal judge Monday blocked Bernard
Madoffs assets from being moved into bankruptcy, saying there is probable cause the assets
should be forfeited to the government. Forfeited to the government for the pro bono, or common
purpose? This smells like the biggest Communist stitch-up game in history to steal private property.
Rumors go that Madoff has been working hand-in-hand with the SEC, to pull that off, ever
since 1993, when Mary Schapiro (not Shapiro) abandoned SEC Rules and instituted SEC
Guidelines, to prepare for a Derivatives Revolution and World Financial System.
Mary Schapiro served as a Commissioner of the SEC (December 1988October 1994), appointed
by President Reagan, then reappointed in 1989 by President George H. W. Bush. By July 1990
she was chairman of the Task Force on Administrative Proceedings which ultimately determined it
necessary and appropriate to completely revise the entire Rules of Practice and abandon them.
In 1993, President Clinton appointed Schapiro as SEC acting chairman. In February, Schapiro
issued The Task Force Report: Fair and Efficient Administrative Proceedings.
In October 1993, in Lugano, Switzerland, at the Eighth Annual Symposium for the Foundation
for Research in International Banking and Finance Schapiro gave a speech The Derivatives
Revolution and the World Financial System: The benefits to financial innovation that may
result from a more flexible regulatory paradigm . . . not convinced that consolidated regulatory
supervision of securities firms and their affiliates is necessary or appropriate at this time. So
Mary Schapiro was in the Madoff Financial Mafias back pocket.
On 22 November 1993, SEC wrote in the Federal Register, to adopt her proposals pertaining
to the Rules, then solicited responses. In 1994, President Clinton appointed Mary Schapiro
as chairperson of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (199496). On 9 June 1995,
they adopted some of the solicited responses into SEC guidelines, which were now so heavily
deregulated as to support any con that Israel requested through their agent Bernie Madoff.
In 1996 she became president of NASD Regulation (National Association of Securities Dealers).
Schapiro became Chairman of the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO)
Consultative Committee (200206) which stopped any proposals to investigate anyone paying any
backhanders of sufficient amount to purchase greenback blindness . . . or those representing Isarel.
In 2002, she was made NASD vice chairperson, where, in 2005 she oversaw a wide-reaching
probe into gift-giving and entertaining on Wall Street, uncovering several instances of lavish and
excessive activities, that led to many charges, but not Peter Madoffs SIFMA Board of Directors
giant piss-ups with strippers and party tape and suits dancing around with their pants down.
In 2006, Mary Schapiro was made NASD chairman and CEO, where she oversaw the
consolidation with the NYSE Member Regulation, to form the Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority (FINRA) the largest non-governmental securities industry self-regulatory organization
for broker-dealers that showed complete failure, just as Bernie Madoff wanted it. It was all PR
and self-promotion up the Yuppie ladder to LOMBARD status at everyone elses expense.
In 2008, Investment Advisor magazine, IA 25, named Schapiro one of the top 25 most iinfluential
investment business advisors: If its ultimately wrong, we will promote it. Listen to her. She
spouts the game, but knows not what she does. Shes part of the Madoff Financial Mafia.
On 18 December 2008 a week after Bernie Madoff confessed, and during the lame duck
period Barack Obama designated Mary Schapiro as the intended nominee for Chairman of
the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In January 2008, one of the last things President George W. Bush did was appoint Mary
Schapiro to the 19-member council of the Presidents Advisory Council on Financial Literacy.

Madoff Hands Himself Over, but Not the Money, or his Family
Spymaster: The instructions came from Israel for Madoff to hand himself over.
This was during the lame duck period between Presidents Bush and Obama, so none
had to deal with it.
Ever since the Lavon Affair/ Operation Susannah in the 1950s, theres been problems
with Israeli agents establishing themselves in a safe place after committing crimes in the
name of Israel. Since then, instructions went out within Mossad, that agents were not to
turn up at Israeli consular offices, or to make phone calls to Israel begging for immunity, and
return home in poisoned circumstances.
After the death of Robert Maxwell on 5 November 1991 at the hands of the Mossad,
the Israeli government brought about a new methodology to these fraught handovers. The
fraudster would contact a phone number and indicate that he wished to seek asylum and it
would be organised between governments direct from Israel, but orchestrated from the US.
At the same time, all Israeli citizens that had assisted with the crime usually bookkeeping
would be flown back to Israel, urgently.
This happened in the wake of BCCI collapse (Bank of Credit and Commerce International)
in July 1991 which was a British Bank supposedly run by Saudis, but actually run by Mossad
in London.

buyers or sellers, until it became automated, then it became a popular trade and volume
reporter. So after a trial run, it became the NASDAQ on 8 February 1971 the first electronic
American stock exchange.
Spymaster: The Israelis then developed fast moving transfer systems into a fine art, then
became staff in Madoffs accounting rooms where funds were fast-tracked on their way to
financial oblivion. All these Israeli money funnels ended in Israeli accounts in Hifa.
The crazy thing is, Madoff was proud of them and took investors down to see them in
action. Investors actually viewed them from special viewing rooms. A lot of these people
never realised that what they were witnessing was the Mossad at work, and their money
being transferred into heavens buffer zone.
In New Zealand, when Israelis were discovered forging counterfeit money (c. 2005) it
was deemed to be a secret. The operation was suppressed, no crime was deemed to have
been committed, and everyone was allowed to return to Israel . . . these things are big enough
to cause depressions. In this case, it forging American notes from US$1 to US$100.
From 1992, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) conducted
investigations into Madoffs business practices, but Madoff managed to produce enough
data and buy them out. The Israelis helped Madoff with both the data and the Inspectors
who failed to look beyond what was provided. The NASDAQ provided speed advantage and
enough confusion for cover.

Madoff lived in a ranch house in Roslyn, New York, then an ocean-front residence in Montauk
Long Island ($3 million) with a residence on Fifth Avenue ($7m), a mansion in Palm Beach,
Florida ($11m), a house in France ($1m), had 50 % of BLM Air Charter ($12m), a 27 metre
sportfishing yacht Bull ($7m), other [In]securities ($45m), cash ($17m), furniture, household
goods, and art ($9.9m), and jewellery ($2.6m).
As at 13 March 2009, Bernie and Ruth Madoff were worth $126 million personally, plus
$700 million in interests in Bernard L. Madoff Investment [In]Securities. After Bernie Madoffs
arrest, the Federal Court froze the assets of the Madoff Family Foundation.
On 9 December 2008, Bernie Madoff planned to pay out $173 million in bonuses two months
early, although he knew he would fail to pay redemptions of $7 billion in the next few weeks.
On 10 December 2008, Bernie Madoff (70) admitted to his frauds. This was staged for its timing
in the lame duck period between presidents.
Bernie confessed to his sons, Andrew and Mark (who knew all along), that the asset
management arm of his firm was one giant Ponzi scheme an ongoing lie for well-bred
suckers. Andrew and Mark Madoff then told authorities that their father had just confessed
the asset management arm of his firm was a massive Ponzi scheme It was one big lie.
On 11 December 2008, FBI agents arrested Madoff and charged him with securities fraud
a clampdown at least 16 years late. Madoff resigned as chairman of BLMIS the same day,
admitted loudly to fraud with liablities of US$50 billion, and posted a US$10 million bail bond.
Soon after, Madoff pleaded guilty to 11 felonies and was charged with the largest investor
fraud ever committed by a single person bigger than the 2001 US$31.2 billion Enron collapse
(where the bad guy also faked his death.) Madoff said he began the Ponzi scheme in the early
1990s, but it began in the 1980s, and it appears that none of his investment operations were
legitimate. The amount missing from client accounts, including fabricated gains, was almost
US$65 billion, however the court appointed trustee could only estimate actual investors
losses at $18 billion. Thats because many of his Jewish investors were hugely overpaid.
That included his wife, sons, brother, neice, and lover the front woman for Zionist Women
of America. Those fundraising feminists are always fronted by a greasy root.
Around US$36 billion was invested into the Madoff Ponzi scam which stole half and
gave half back. About half of Madoffs investors were net winners, earning more than their
investment (Hadassah/ Womens Zionist Org), with $18 billion missing mainly to non-Jews,
and the CIA.
That this went on for 20 years and got past U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
checks (SEC), just goes to show a check is a handshake with money wrapped in brown
paper along with a sandwhich, and/or snatch attached, whatever country you are in.
On 16 December 2008, Madoffs assets and those of his firm were frozen (5 days late).
On 17 December 2008, Judge Denny Chin accepted Madoffs plea for house arrest in his
Fifth Avenue Upper East Side Manhatten penthouse apartment with a $10 million bail, 24hour monitoring, and bed by 7 pm. Early nights are still considered punishment.
When it was realised that even the $10 million bond wouldnt be his, Madoff was placed
in the Metropolitan Correctional Center on 12 March 2009.
Still, Judge Denny Chin had given Bernie Madoff 1116 December 2008 when his
assets werent frozen (rumour has it he gave away millions to Jews), and three months
(12 December 200812 March 2009) to place his affairs in order from home, which meant
shunting the money even further along heavens buffer zone (IBZH).
 The U.S. Marshals Service auctioned these in September 2009.

Pre-Sentencing
Initially Madoff (70) faced up to 20 years in prison and a fine of US$5 million . . . which is
peanuts by comparison. Its 0.01 % of what he stole 1 cent in the $100.
In February 2009, Madoff agreed with SEC that he would be banned from the securities
industry for life, which is all PR and did nothing about everything.
Bernie Madoff refused to name any co-conspirators, insisted he was the sole fraudster,
refused to plea bargain with the government, and pleaded guilty to all charges. In this way,
there were less people to extract out of prison (which are really there for the Goyim) and
Israel has still not been charged. After all, Israel is a sovereign nation (just, and by the skin of
their teeth, and using a compromised homosexual edible-mouse-breeding excentric who rode
around on a carriage drawn by zebras) and the whole thing was a kind of civil war, extracting
goyim money out of the West (US$18 billion missing) while overpaying Jewish womens
organisations by US$100 million and the Jewish mafia family by another $198 million.
Madoff admitted there were no legitimate investments and he deposited the money into
his business account at Chase Manhattan Bank, which then became JPMorgan Chase in
2000 and earnt him $483 million in interest.
On 22 June 2009, the defence requested a 12-year sentence citing Social Security Administration
tables that his life expectancy was another 13 years (83).
Ruth Madoff then agreed to forfeit $85 million in assets. This left her with $2.5 million in
cash which the SEC and Court trustee were allowed to pursue. Massachusetts regulators
then accused her of withdrawing $15 million from company-related accounts shortly before
Bernie confessed so she had foreknowledge, the whole thing was a staged event, and she
still had $17.5 million.
On 26 June 2009, Judge Denny Chin ordered Madoff to forfeit $170 billion in assets. Federal
sentencing guidelines for fraud only went up to $400 million in losses, so Madoffs frauds
were off the charts. Madoff did not provided meaningful cooperation or assistance and
the Prosecutors asked for 150 years in prison the maximum sentence. Parole had been
abolished in 1984, so it was a life sentence.
Judge Denny Chin did not received any mitigating letters from friends or family testifying
to Madoffs good deeds: The absence of such support is telling. It is telling that it was a
known Ponzi con and Madoff was the front man and the fall guy who would be rescued by
those who would otherwise have bothered to write a letter of support.
Ruth Madoff then issued a statement which told of her compliance. It was one of those
double-speak letters that meant the opposite of what it says, requires reading twice, then
undoes everything theyve said, and finally admits co-conspirator status: I am breaking my
silence now because my reluctance to speak has been interpreted as indifference or lack of
sympathy for the victims of my husband Bernies crime, which is exactly the opposite of the truth.
Interpreted correctly, this says: I am a Jewish wife and mother of the Madoff Financial
Mafia that has stolen billions off Goyim and overpaid billions to Jews. I have kept $17.5
million of this and attempted to hide it and blame everything on my husband and take no
responsibility myself. My money will go towards Bernies plastic surgery and a bodydouble
so that his escape may be facilitated out of prison within nine months of incarceration.

Sons Mark and Andrew, brother Peter, and Peters daughter Shana, were then sued for
$198 million. They had received over $80 million in compensation since 2001 and used the

Bernie Madoff was remanded in the Metropolitan Correctional Center on 12 March 2009. On
29 June 2009, Justice Denny Chin sentenced him to 150 years at the Butner Medium Federal
Correctional Institution in North Carolina. 15 weeks later, on 13 October 2009, Bernie got
into a senior citizens fight. And when that didnt cause enough damage, he immediately fell
out of his bunk onto his face. He was then transferred to Duke University Medical Center in
Durham, North Carolina and has been treated for serious facial injuries ever since.
It must have been a very high bunk, or the facial injuries (photo unsighted) must have
been well overstated by Jewish doctors. So . . . we should be reading plastic surgery followed
by a paid bodydouble to replace him. The healthcare will take as long as it takes to find and
prepare a convincing bodydouble. The most difficult thing to immitate is the walk, so you
wont see him walking ever again, nor a comparison of him walking before and after.
Bernie Madoff will then die, and six years later he will reappear as a dead man walking
with no debts, having spent only nine months in prison (12 March18 December 2009).

As per the Auckland City Council receptionist by phone at 2:55 pm today: Anyone is
allowed to not display a vehicle registration when they are in the business of getting
their vehicle registered.
In this situation, the vehicle was legally parked outside the Parnell Post Office a place
where vehicles are registered on a daily basis. Here, it is common practice to remove
the existing current vehicle registration from the windscreen sleeve to prove the correct
identity for the new registration. This also waivers the requirement to fill out a new
paper form (carbon credits). The whole process takes around five (5) minutes.
Since my vehicle registration was due to run out at midnight on 14/15 January 2010, it
was known that I would be there on that day.
The registration was still current and had not expired.
In the five (5) minutes I was parked (1:101:15 pm 14 January 2010), Infringement
Officer 027 parked hidden around the Parnell Post Office, marked the front left wheel in
chalk, printed out a ticket for 1:14 pm, and then hurried back into hiding.
The cost of registration for six months is $127.71. The cost of the Infringement Notice is
$200.00. This is $157 % mark-up in five minutes not six months, but five (5) minutes.
I note that Officer 027 has been issuing false tickets to my vehicle over the last 26
months. The previous Infringement notice was P7862215 on 14/11/2008.
He is an Indian, noted for hiding his car and then pouncing on vehicles as requested
by the monkeys he works for. He then returns into hiding. Often he has an Indian
passenger as he teaches them how to extort New Zealanders for a living.
This is typical of Indian modus operandi which is to tell on anyone who does anything
better than them. Perhaps its a hangover from their British colonisation where Indians
competed to provide their sons and daughters, nephews and nieces, to the British
paedophiles in exchange for favours like a foremans job at the opium factory. It was
then called laudanum and contained an additional 1% morphine. The New Zealand
Governor-General Sir George Grey KCB simply loved the stuff. He was a drug addict.
It is well known that the Mayor of Auckland John Banks is a drug trafficker, homosexual,
