Provide complete turnkey project for the installation of home
standby generator system. This proposal is for one generator and
transfer switch installation. The selected areas, loads and or appliances
of the home will operate on generator emergency power during a
power outage and utility power during normal operation. The
generator is to provide power for select circuits for the main floor and
second floor: general outlets, lighting, refrigerator, freezer, and
selected gas furnace, heating and A/C.
These select circuits are to be relocated to a generator a transfer
switch sub panel; this transfer switch sub panel will be added and
located next to the existing panel.
No other 240 volt appliances will have the capability to operate on the
generator, such as dryer, range oven, cook top (unless these items are
gas operated) or additional A/C units, etc.
Your main electrical panel will be reconfigured and these select
circuits are to be relocated to a generator transfer switch sub panel;
this transfer switch sub panel will be added and located next to the
existing panel.
Due to the size of the heat and A/C system, a load management
system would be required for this generator.
power for all rooms for general outlets, lighting, refrigerator, micro
wave, freezer, and selected gas furnace heating and selected A/C.
Due to the size of the heat and A/C system load management system
would be required for this generator.
Your main electrical panel will be reconfigured and selected loads will
be locked-out (programed to turn off) on generator emergency power
during a power outage and will operate normal while your home is
operating on utility power during normal operation.
This proposal is not for adding any future load to the generator or for
expansion with this generator.
