Sponsoring the Cavaliers.

Llantwit Major Cavaliers Cricket Club is
delighted to offer sponsorship opportunities in
a range of areas and price brackets to suit any
potential sponsor for the forthcoming season/s
While individual packages may offer a different
range of benefits, all sponsors will be given a
complimentary club membership, receive an
acknowledgement on the match day
programme for 1st XI matches, your company
details will appear on the Llantwit Major
Cavaliers website with any relevant contact
information you require. You will also be invited
to a sponsor day during the season where you
will receive complimentary tea and drinks
tickets.

2015 Season will comprise of 9 home 1st XI games

9 home 2nd X1 games
4 home Sunday games
10 home midweek games
When: May 2nd - Sept 6th
Where: Windmill Lane Playing Fields, Llantwit
Major.
Time:

Weekend games 1.30pm -7pm

Midweek games 6pm-8pm

Other: In addition to these games the senior

teams also play a number of friendly
fixtures. We also have a thriving junior
section who play throughout the
season including U9 festivals on
Sundays.

Llantwit Major Cavaliers CC provides a

sustainable sporting club that has been a
part of the community for over a
hundred years. We take our

our sponsors very seriously, as our club
is a component and reflection of both.
We provide sponsors an opportunity to

league sides on a Saturday, one

and One Vale of
GlamorganMidweek 20/20 team.
We have a progressive youth
section (with a full U-9/11/13/15
support) and would also like to
develop a girls interest. The club is
keen to promote the sport in the
local area.

and life members, along with ongoing
distribution of both from our website.

Cricket in Llantwit Major dates

back a long time - to at least 1866 and has been played at various
venues and by several different
Llantwit based clubs since that
time.

A clubhouse that is used regularly by the

not only the clubs players, members,
and supporters throughout the season,
but also the local football club during
the off season.

Senior Team Kit Sponsor:
Company name/logo on senior team playing shirts.
250.00 for the season
1st XI Home Match Sponsor:
Company name/logo on front of match programme (where applicable), advertising poster
within the clubhouse during game, and all publicity about match including post match report in
local media.
40.00 per match
1st XI Match Ball Sponsor:
Company name/logo on front of match programme (where applicable) and all publicity about
match.
25.00 per match
Home Match Tea Sponsor
Company name/logo on front of match programme (where applicable) and all publicity about
match.
30.00 per match
ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP
Fantasy League Sponsor:
Sponsor our club fantasy league and your company name/logo will be advertised on the
Fantasy League website, club app, and the winning trophy.
40.00 for the season
Stump Sponsorship:
Company name/logo on 6 wickets used during every home fixture.
85.00 per season
Pitch Perimeter Advertising:
Right to place pitch perimeter advertising boards (at own expense - Llantwit Major Cavaliers
can source).
75.00 per season, three seasons option 175.00
All sponsors will receive the following:
Certificate of Appreciation, and formal thank you letter.
Access to provide marketing or information in the club newsletter (distributed annually).
An invoice/receipt for the agreed sponsorship package.
Recognition on the club websites Home page and Sponsors page, along with club App
Opportunity to attend at club functions, including sponsors day.
