should have been a (2062) intered into the|system. I told tenant at this inspection that we do not
inspect mold.|However it needs to be noted that there was indeed mold in the bath-|room and in
the kitchen. Told tenant that this is a landlord and|tenant issue. Noticed that the hot water took
about 30 minutes to warm|up. This was also explained that if there is a preexisting condition|that
we cannot force owners to up grade there appliances unless they|remodel the building or we see
