1. Kindy mention the break-up of fees clearly. If not, total fees

paid would be allocated to various type as per the discretion of
Accounts Department.
2. Please take your DD/Cheque in favour of
Acharya Institutes - CMS A/C Payable at Bangalore
3. If the cheques deposited by the students are bounced,
a fine of ` 250 would be charged.
The students have to bear the Bank Charges of ` 25 per
transaction for Fee deposit, if the payment is made in CASH at
any of the branches of AXIS Bank, except the Peenya branch,
Bangalore.
4. Please attach duly filled challans for all modes of payments
(College Counter, Direct Bank, ATM Drop Box, Net Banking)

6 The students can pay the fees in CHEQUE/ DD/CASH in

College Accounts Department counter or in any of the Axis Bank
branches.
7. The students can deposit the CHEQUE at the Drop box kept at
the accounts department or at any of the ATM center attached
with AXIS bank Branches. (Note: it is restricted only on the
ATM centers attached with AXIS bank branches and not on all
Axis Bank ATM centers). Keeping in mind of the security issues
involved, the students are not allowed to deposit CASH or DD
in any drop boxes. The management will not be responsible, if
the CASH or DD is dropped accidently in any of the Drop box
mentioned above.
8. The students can also transfer the fees using their Net banking
facility to Colleges AXIS BANK account and email the scanned
copy of the duly filled challans and proof of money transfer
(generated from banks website) to receivable@acharya.ac.in.
9. The students can get the receipt IMMEDITELY , if they pay the
Cash/Cheque/DD in to the Accounts Department counter.
10. If the fees are deposited through Axis bank branches or ATM
Drop Boxes or Net Banking, the receipt would be issued from
the Dccounts Department with in a week of payment.
11. The students are supposed to keep the Original Receipt and
the same MUST BE produced in case of any discrepncies and
also for obtaining No Due Certificate. Photocopies of receipt /
challans will not be entertained.
12.If the cheques are deposited in the Drop Box of ATM Centers,
but the same is not credited in our bank accounts, the students
have to substantiate the claim by producing the bank statement
for clearance of cheque issued to the college.
13 If the Cheque/DD/ Cash deposited in to the Bank Directly is
not reflected in the College Bank Account, the student has
to substantiate the claim by producing Student Copy of this
Payment Challan.
14. Students Name/USN/AUID/Institution Name/Mobile No should
be written behind your DD/Cheque.
15 Students are advised to contact the Accounts Department for
the break up fees before depositing the same.
