Handbook Coordinators - 2 [Paid]
Both coordinators will be in charge of the 2014-2015 AUS Handbook & Agenda
distributed at the beginning of the year to all first-year Arts students. Applicants with
experience in graphic design is a plus. Will do the majority of work in May so
applicants should expect to be in Montreal for no less than that month. To apply, please

Design posters and other promotional material for all AUS events. Previous graphic
design experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is to be expected. To apply,

Responsibilities include:
Create the Frosh website in collaboration with the VP Social and External
Coordinator.
Improve and maintain online services offered by the AUS, including table
booking, AUS Community, etc., and assist students via email if they have
questions regarding how to use them.
Maintain the AUS website by responding to website-related requests from other
AUS executives and other AUS employees in a timely manner

Want to be the official translator of the AUS? Duties include translating the weekly
AUS listserv, official documents and other miscellaneous items. Preferences will be
given to students studying French and/or translation at McGill. Previous translation

AUSec Commissioners - 3 [Unpaid]
AUSec is the AUS Environmental Council, a standing committee under the AUS
AUSec is the AUS Environmental Council, a standing committee under the AUS
whose mission is to promote sustainability (ecological, financial, and social) within the
AUS.
1- Sustainability Commissioner: will work to ensure that AUS initiatives such as frosh,
BDA, and other events are sustainable, and will spearhead initiatives to promote
sustainable practices within the AUS
2- Internal Commissioner: will work with AUS departmental associations and internal
groups to encourage sustainability in their practices
3- External Commissioner: will sit on AUS Legislative Council as a voting member and
will liaise with other environmental/sustainability groups on campus. Send CV/resume
