You must be in the waiting list to submit allotment preferences.

2 You must submit allotment preferences every month till you get Allotment. Preferences
given in the current month are valid only for allotment during current month.

3 Your locality choices given prior to the introduction of Automated System of Allotment
have become null and void.

4 You are allowed to give your choices for all the House Types and Pools in which you
are waitlisted. For each House Type and Pool, number of preferences is restricted to a
maxmimum of 20.

5 Kindly complete all the steps and finally press the button "ACCEPT" to save your
preferences. Also verify your preferences through the option "I wish to view my preferences
already recorded." Keep a print out of your preferences for your record.

6 Kindly note that your preferences without the order of preference are incomplete and
will not be accepted by the system for allotment.

7 Choices of specific houses can be given or modified from 9 AM on 1st of the month to 5
PM on 9th of the month for Types-4S, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B and Hostel (DS, SK, SS). Allotment will be
done on the next day.

8 Choices of specific houses can be given or modified from 9 AM on 16th of the month to
5 PM on 24th of the month for Type-4. Allotment will be done on the next day.

9 Choices of specific houses can be given or modified from 9 AM on 16th of the month to
5 PM on 25th of the month for Type-3. Allotment will be done on the next day.

10 Choices of specific houses can be given or modified from 9 AM on 16th of the month
to 5 PM on 26th of the month for Type-2 and Type-2H. Allotment will be done on the next day.

11 Choices of specific houses can be given or modified from 9 AM on 16th of the month
to 5 PM on 27th of the month for Type-1 and Type-1S. Allotment will be done on the next day.

12 Exercise your choices for the vacant houses carefully and have a visit to the house if
desired. Please do not opt for those houses which if allotted, you are not ready to accept and
move in.

13 Allotment will be done based on your waiting position and the preferences given by
you. It is not based on first-cum-first or applicants exercising their preferences first.

14 Allotment will be intimated to you through website inside your login area. Additionally,
it will also be intimated to you through SMS/Email if your Mobile/Email recorded with Directorate
of Estates are valid and reachable. No printed allotment letter will be sent.

15 You are not allowed to refuse acceptance of a house allotted to you based on the
preferences given by you.

16 If you get allotment of a higher House-Type, you will not be considered for allotmemt
in lower House-Types.

17 You need to complete your Acceptance related formalities with the Directorate of
Estates within eight days of Allotment.

18 You can download Allotment Letter and Acceptance Form from the website.

19 If you do not Accept the Allotment given to you, you will be debarred from subsequent
allotment for the allotted Type of house and all the Types of house below it for the next 3 months.

20 Reconsideration of Allotment is allowed only after the completion of the debarment

period on submission of Reconsideration Request in the prescribed form.

21 Technical Acceptance has been withdrawn for Allotment made through Automated
System of Allotment.

22 Applicants of House Types 4,3,2 and 2H may kindly note that a combined unified
waiting list has been prepared as per the OM. No.12035/16/2010-Pol.II dated 22 December
2010, in place of earlier separate waiting lists for Change and Initial Allotments.

23 Applicants of LM and LS Pools may kindly note that if they get allotments from GP
Pool, then they will not be considered in Ladies Pool.

24 Applicants of LP, LM and LS Pools may kindly note that they are given allotments from
the houses vacant in LP Pool.

25 Applicants of LM and LS Pools may kindly note that all applicants waitlisted in LP Pool
are senior to those waitlisted in LM and LS Pools.

26 Applicants of SC and ST Pools are advised to give their preferences in GP Pool also.
They will be considered for allotment in SC and ST Pools against the allotment slots of GP Pool
reserved for these Pools.
