Mission Statement:
GrapeVine Events contribute to organizing music events in local venues to
promote new and upcoming music artists.
Purpose: GrapeVine Events purposes are to capitalize on new unheard music
artist and broaden their audience. This will be achieved by organizing live
music events in local venues. Maximum income will be achieved through
ticket sales and cheap venue costs.
Overall Goal: GrapeVine events main objectives are to increase the audience
of new upcoming music artist in local venues around Portsmouth. The
purpose of this is to achieve most profit through ticket sales and cheap
venues.

Introduction
The Business plan is devised to show how grapevine events will cover
situational analysis of the next 3 years in order to maintain stability and,
see a rise in profit and awareness. The plan will cover the key areas
