Mechanics and Scoring:
1. Daily Challenge (30%)
a. Each committee is REQUIRED to take a picture of them attending
EVERY JPIA Week event and post it on facebook with #JPIAWeek56, #<insert
event name>, and #<insert committee> on or before 11:59 of the SAME day.
(1) 10 points for the winning committee (i.e. committee
with the most number of attendees), 8 points for the runner-up, 6 points
for the second runner-up, and so on.
(2) Points per committee will be totaled.
b. Every 12 noon of each day, the JPIA Week team will be
announcing a certain color. Each committee is REQUIRED to picture the
members whose clothes are of the SAME color as the one announced. Photos
should be posted on Facebook on or before 11:59 of the SAME day with
#JPIAWeek56, #<insert color>day, and #<insert committee>.
(1) 10 points for the winning committee (i.e. committee
with the most number of members in the stated color), 8 points for the
runner-up, 6 points for the second runner-up, and so on.
(2) Points per committee will be totaled.
c. Points from BOTH events will be totaled each day and posted on
Facebook to update the committees on their ranks.
2. Main Challenge (70%)
a. Each committee must send 15 representatives (volunteer or
chosen by the JPIA Week team)
b. Each representative must accomplish two (2) tasks:

(1) EAT/DRINK the food/liquid presented in front of him

with/without the use of utensils (plate must be empty and food must be
swallowed/drink must be ingested). Accomplishing this task will give the
committee 2 point.
(2) After the previous task has been accomplished, the
representative is to answer one (1) general knowledge question OR is
asked to accomplish a task. Completion of this task will give the
committee 4 points.
c. Completing both tasks will warrant 6 points for the committee.
d. At the end of the main challenge, points will be totaled to
determine the winning committee.
3. Points System
a. At the end of the week, the daily challenge scores will be totaled
and multiplied by 30% to get the weighted score of the daily challenge (WSDC).
b. At the end of the event, the main challenge scores will be totaled
and multiplied by 70% to get the weighted score of the main challenge (WSMC).
c. The sum of the WSDC and the WSMC will determine the winner
of combat. Perfect score is 90 = {[10 x 5 (daily challenge a) + 10 x 4 (daily
challenge b)] x 0.3} + {[15 x 6 (main challenge)] x 0.7}
