Arabian Airpass is valid for travel on EK operated services only and must be issued in connection with EK International
return ticket where the journey originates outside Gulf region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE. To
be eligible, the EK International return ticket must have a minimum net value of USD500.
Not available in conjunction with International Oneway fares.
Arabian Airpass itinerary must commence from DXB.

* Maximum 6 coupons permitted.
Economy, Business or First Class via EK operated services - OW.
These fares are not applicable for Groups - 10 or more passengers travelling together.

Reservations/Ticketing:
Reservations:
First outbound sector must be booked at the time of purchase. Subsequent sectors may be
booked anytime before departure of each flight. Enter OSI EK AIRPASS in the airpass sectors.
Booking class to be used should be the same as international ticket booking class.
E.g. If AKL-DXB-LHR booked in W, the Arabian Airpass is to be booked in W class.
If more than one booking class (within same cabin) is used for international ticket, use the
booking class of the outbound journey.
If the international ticket is in Economy Class, purchase of the airpass is permitted in
First and Business, using booking class A and C respectively.
If the international ticket is in First or Business class, the purchase of Economy Airpass
is permitted with booking class Y.
If the international ticket is a Skyward Redemption ticket, the Airpass booking classes
will be V, I and A for Economy, Business and First class respectively.

Ticketing: Valid for sales and ticketing until 31 March 2010.

Tickets must be issued prior to the commencement of the International journey.
E-ticketing compulsory.
PNR Ticket Time Limit:
The fare quote, end of sale date or auto generated ticket deadline control date mentioned
in the pnr determines the Ticketing Time Limit. The most restrictive date applies.

Payment:
Credit cards permitted.

Surcharges:
Fares are inclusive of fuel & insurance surcharges. Taxes must be collected in addition to the fare.

Validity:
Min stay: Nil
Max stay: Validity of the airpass will be as per the validity of the international ticket. Airpass is not valid for travel
after completion of the international journey.

Stopovers:
Normal stopover rules apply.

Combinations:
Open jaw routing permitted. E.g. DXB EK CAI // DAM EK DXB
Mixed class routing permitted. E.g. DXB EK (F) DAM EK (J) DXB
Airpass must not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Sales: Valid for sales until 31 March 2010.

E.g.: if the Intl ticket is W class and pax is buying 4 coupons, the fare basis:

Fare Calculation: Must reflect specified routing, USD fare value and fare basis.
