metrics driven - we have developed indices for skills transportability, resource

Candidate evaluation - Candidates' CVs are checked to establish their technical skills,
experience and personal qualities on paper. We validate the CVs by the academic background
of the candidate, the company they work for, their career record, their experience profile in

Co Recruit is a modular suite of collaborative recruitment solutions that help in outsourcing
of recruitment processes. Co-Recruit comprises the following modules:
Sourcing - Candidates matching the specifications are sourced from the internal databases,
free and paid job-sites & boards.
Screening & Validation - Offshore processing of the CVs that are received by you through
various jobsites, online sources and in response to advertisements. The CVs are screened for
fitment against the job specifications; additional information required for validations
collected through forms / checklists and communication is through emails and /or internet
messaging.
Skill mapping & Database building - Each CV is thoroughly screened to identify and map
the candidate's skills and the internal database is updated appropriately. The CV database is
updated and maintained as necessary.
Preliminary evaluation - First level telephonic interview are conducted with the short-listed
candidates to assess their suitability for the position.
Intensive evaluation - We have empanelled experts in diverse industries, functional areas

experts to conduct technical evaluation of the candidates.
