Dear Candidate,

1. We are pleased to inform you that you are nominated to attend SSB interview for subsequently joining the Officer Training Academy subject to
your clearing the SSB and medical. Please quote this reference with your Roll No in all future correspondence (if any).

2. You are required to report at Selection Centre East, Allahabad or at the Movement Control office (MCO), Railway Station, Allahabad on date &
time given below. Our representative will receive you and arrange your conveyance to the Selection Centre.

Only those candidates are eligible who have secured 65 % and above upto 6th Semester in Electronics &
Telecommunication/Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication/ Satellite Communication streams. In case your cumulative %age of marks till
6th semester in below 65 % then your are not eligible for this course.

4. In case the engineering stream of the candidate is not listed in notification and candidates desire to claim equivalence, they may produce
equivalence certificate of the concerned universities or AICTE for the purpose. Recruting Directorate will examine the the case for acceptance
based on the certificate issued by the concerned university/AICTE for equivalence.

5. Candidate studying in final year must complete their exam or viva before date of commencement of training i.e 01 Oct 2015 failing which their
candidature is liable to be cancelled. Candidate must possess the education qualification at the time of joining training or produce the proof of
having obtained the education qualification at the time of joining training or produce the proof of having obtained the educational qualification whthin
12 weeks from the date of commencement of training.

One copy of the Print out of Online application is to be carried duly signed and affix photograph attested by Govt Gazetted Officer.
Candidates who have lost their online application will bring offline Non-UPSC entry application as uploaded in Army website duly filling all detail and
affix photograph attested by Govt Gazetted Officer.

7. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearm i.e. from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/ back
(dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidate will be barred from further selection.
Tribes with tattoos mark on the face or body as per their existing custom and traditions will be permitted on a case to case basis.
