Paige Gibson is the quintessential Southern girl from Dallas. Never leaving the house without her lipstick
and pearls, she just graduated from college and is starting her first real job as an assistant to the head
designer for an interior design company. It was the only job she could find that didnt require working

own boss, and prove to her family that she has more than just great beauty, but the brains behind it.
Her first day on the job doesnt go well at all. She has trouble answering the complicated phone system
and forgets to take down the contact information for some potentially big clients. So sure that she wont
be asked to come back, she decides to meet up with her girlfriends for drinks in Uptown and drown her
sorrows. Once there, she runs into an old high school classmate, RJ Bishop, and doesnt look anything
like the nerd he used to be. They talk the whole night through, reminiscing and even ending the night
with a passionate kiss. But Paige is surprised the next morning to see RJ and his fianc consulting with
her boss on a new project...

Main Characters

first crush, Paige, ignites something in him that he thought hed covered up long ago.
