need to consult here, how to do it in the best way.
I have to mention, that really some of the staff doesnt deserve to be
awarded, however, according to your explanation, we cannot do anything
because they are protect by labor laws. However, we have to keep working
and replace the old staff with a new one. Concerning about the reason, the
layoffs process , because it seems, there is no future if our staff cheat our
company behind our eyes :
- staff was selected by the highest competitiveness standards.
- staff was selected on periodical absence within working time without any
explanation the reason of its absence, however, they always stated about
full day work, and as consiquences we paid full salaries.
The result of these unfair acts was untimely care customer base, and as a
result is the loss of customers. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to
reveal this situation on the fact of its appearing, however, after detailed
analizis we can see the waning result.
We accept, that this is a management fault too, because we allowed to
develop such kind of behavior in office, because we are not able to be in
office always in order to see situation by our own eyes. However, in order to
avoid developing abnormal situation and kill it in the rudiment we had to
implement such unpopular measure as a dismissal. Because it is vital
necessary to have in the office only the professional team.
