disassembly of Main Accessory Drive Gearshaft.

ACCOMPLISHMENT PROCEDURES

Disassembly
1. Put the holding fixture (PWC37388) in the bench vise.

2. Put the spur gearshaft (4) on the holding fixture (PWC37388).

______

______

3. Use the socket (PWC37389) and a torque wrench to remove the nut
(10) from the spur gearshaft (4).

______

______

4. Remove the keywasher (9) and the oil seal runner (8) from the spur
gearshaft (4).

______

______

5. Use the puller (PWC37390) to remove the No. 25 rear bearing (7)
from the spur gearshaft (4).

______

______

6. Remove the bolts (5) and the keywashers (6) from the spur
gearshaft (4). Discard the keywashers.

7. Remove the
(PWC37388).

______

______

8. Remove the holding fixture (PWC37388) from the bench vise.

______

______

9. Use the puller (PWC37392) to remove the centrifugal breather

impeller (1) from the spur gearshaft (4).

10. Remove the packings (2, 3) from the spur gearshaft (4). Discard the
packings.

11. Put all parts in a polyethylene bag (PWC05-054).
