Project Proposal
A. Ques(on or Problem being addressed
Theres a simple way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, that is by drinking the right amount
of water everyday. The problem is we cant precisely trace how much water we drink a
day. For example, the right amount of water for a person is 2L of water. We drink water
inconsistently, and we dont even bother how much water we drank in an hour.

B. Goals/Expected Outcomes/Hypotheses
This product is to solve this problem by adding a ow-measurement tool to the mouth
of the boMle. The moment you drink your water, the water will ow through the ow-
measurement tool which works will a rotary encoder to calculate how much water you
drank. This water boMle will help us to track the amount of water we drank in a day.

C. Proposed Methods or Procedures (please include descrip(ons of procedures, risk

and safety and data analysis)
A reset buMon is installed to the ow-measurement tool. Simply press once every
morning to start o your day. The ow-measurement tool will just ac(ve when theres
water owing out. Hence, you can rell water even without opening the cap of your
boMle.
